The place was quiet and clean. Felt safe in the area, convenient location to anything you would need. Room was clean and spacious. The staff and everyone we encountered were super nice.

Breakfast was okay. It was continental so I didn't expect much, but even some bananas or fresh apples (the ones put out were wrinkly) would have been nice. Door closest to our room was broken from the outside so we had to go all the way through the lobby each time. Only putting this here because we were travelling with 2 dogs so this was pretty inconvenient.

Stayed here for a night before the Leavenworth Marathon, as there was no reasonably-priced accommodation available in Leavenworth. Size and style are much as you'd expect from a Best Western. Communication before my stay was good, and the lady at check-in was friendly. Location is fairly convenient- a choice of restaurants in easy walking distance, and you're opposite a shopping mall. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a good shower. I can't speak to what the breakfast was like, as I have a "nothing new on race day" rule, so appreciated that there was a working, nice-sized fridge in the room. TV had plenty of options and hotel was fairly quiet. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

The A/C unit was slightly loud, but not so much to really disturb me.

Standard continental breakfast. Waffle maker. No fresh fruit available at time I arrived for breakfast.

Pillows horrible. Felt like 500 small hard cotton balls in each pillow. Some street noise drowned out by turning fan to high speed and constant on. Required to sign damage to room form and waiver for motel liability for damage and/or theft of my personal property both in the motel and to my car on the motel grounds.

The breakfast was really nice and our poolview room was pleasant, if a little noisy at times. We felt especially welcomed by Barb at the front desk who was doing a lot of things all weekend to make people happy. We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The hotel is honestly quite cozy and nicely placed for the price. We were very happy with our stay and would come back.

Our friends experienced some noise one night and I'm not sure if that was ever resolved. It would be nice if other people with poolview rooms and using the pool were more conscious of those around them but that's more of a comment on humanity than the hotel. But the hotel could ask people to be cognizant of others.

Barb is a wonderful manager. She knew I didn't have GPS or data and handwrote directions for me. She is very accommodating and a great personality. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The Continental Breakfast needs to be expanded with options a bit. Add $ if needed. Whole wheat bread, cereals, better coffee and real cream, etc. Trays to take food to room. We had breakfast on our deck.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy location right next to the highway. When i asked for a room at the front of the hotel ( because of the truckstop at the back), it wasn't a problem. I immediately got one. Parking was no problem.

The wifi was not very good.

The room was great,a nice view of the pool. Plenty of sun in the afternoon. The staff was very pleasant. I have been coming here for over 30 years, and will continue to do so.

Location was close to where we were going. I always appreciate having breakfast available. The room was nice and roomy.

The hotel could use some upgrades. Example new carpeting. It looks worn. But this didn’t affect our opinion of the hotel.

breakfast started early allowing us to eat before continuing our journey to Colville choices was excellent - service was well kept up the room for breakfast accomodated & spreadout of beverages versus solid food was very adequate
