The hotel was amazing. Every staff member was polite and willing to help our stay be enjoyable.

Booking.com gave me some misguided information, but redlion was able to help with correct information as well as making things right. I had to call the hotel anyway, and they helped explain what I could do and not. Made reservations hard using booking.com, so I would call the hotel first cause booking is going to make you talk to the hotel first anyway.

Clean and comfortable. Good value. Pretty good breakfast ***breakfast is not free***

Really, there was nothing worth mentioning as, "I didn't like". Bit of a dated appearance here and there, some chipping on the furniture, occasional wallpaper peeling a bit at a seam, worn carpet in a few places, an AC unit that was a little louder than it could have been. The sort of minor things that don't really interfere with your stay and shouldn't bother most folks. It may be quite a walk from some folks to get to their room from outside doors or the elevator at the back.

Breakfast: Cost was $7US, well worth it, standard buffet type breakfast.... eggs, meat, bread, waffle, cereal etc. Pool: Good size pool, decent lounge furniture, both pool and hot tub has a crane system to help old/injured people into the pool Room: great size of rooms (typical 80'e architecture) Area: Lots of shopping and restaurant only a block or two away, there is a river walk park only a block away

Carpet throughout the building was quite dated... although this building is HUGE! so I understand this issue.

I didn’t get up in time to eat breakfast I was exhausted from the night before and my trip but it sounded really good and next time I will eat it

I stayed in room 223 at first. I put my things away and got ready to soak in a hot bathtub but there was no hot water and it barely trickling out of the faucet. The receptionist at the desk wanted to give me another room at first I declined I was exhausted. But then I decided I’m paying for it I need a hot bath so I got dressed packed up all my stuff and moved to room 222. I can’t imagine anyone. I found out that they already knew that that room has a problem with hot water. The woman at the desk said they knew. Why would you put a paying customer in a room with there’s no hot water I was not happy about that but I moved to the other room and it had plenty of hot water but by then I was even more exhausted. Everything else is OK

We love this hotel. Second time we have stayed here. The first time the room was not very well clean, but this time it was very clean! We travel to Wenatchee often in the winter season and will stay here again next time, because we like price and quality! Special thanks to the staff in the kitchen. Unfortunately I do not know the name, this woman is always friendly and smile and food is perfect!🤍

On the day of check in tea and coffee near the reception was very hot which is great! The next morning the tea and coffee were almost cold,I wanted to take hot coffee with me on the long road,it's sad.

Location, price, breakfast options, friendly staff.

Room was a bit too warm. AC didn't seem to be consistent. Not a real problem during the day since we were away, but nighttime often got too warm. Our location to the pool was our problem. I should have inquired about our location's proximity to the pool before choosing our room. But all in all, this was a good stay and I will definitely consider staying with Red Lion Hotel in the future.

Room was clean and ready when we got there. Second room was also ready and clean. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were too fat for my taste.

Check in was inefficient, and the person checking people in threatened another employee with phrase 'if you touch that, I will kill you. Also heard her say to a guest checking in she might 'punch him in the face later'. Very unprofessional. The second person that was apparently newer employee was much more pleasant and professional.

We really enjoyed the courtyard view, it was well maintained and clean. The housekeeping was very pleasant and the breakfast plentiful and tasted exceptionally good. And very pet friendly. We have stayed on multiple occasions and would gladly refer to our friends and family. Thank you Red Lion 😁😁😁😁. Overall they are very accommodating!!!

My first night was a king room and I was surprised at the amount of space. It was set up nicely. I loved that I had a refrigerator and coffee pot in my room. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them.

I would have liked more drawers to place my items into. The coffee condiments were light. I wish they would have given more sugar and creamer packs in the room. There was not an easy way to access to the rear rooms.

Nice size rooms with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. This is a large hotel with pet friendly rooms. It is the best pet friendly hotel I have stayed at in Wenatchee. Conveniently located near food options.

Breakfast is a pay situation and really not great. We were put on the 3rd floor with dogs which although next to the elevator it was quite a lot of stairs back and forth.
