The staff was honestly my favorite thing about my stay!! They made us feel welcome and accommodated before we even arrived at the location. Once we got there we felt even more welcome because they were ready to greet us with smiles and friendly jokes! I also really like the fact that they allowed pets because I was there for a special rabbit show and my rabbits have to be with me the whole time so I needed a room that they could stay in. This perk is honestly the reason why we chose this location because we were having trouble finding any other location close to where we needed to be that would accept pets like this location. I also very much enjoyed the fact that it was literally a hop, skip, and a jump away from the casino. If you visit this location make sure to tell Chuck, Moriah and Charlene , The rabbit ladies, say hi 😊😊

I think the only thing I didn't like about this location was that there were not really any areas that had ramps available to ease the transport of heavy objects. It was very tricky to carry rabbit cages down the stairs when they block my complete view of where my feet go. Other than that anything else I didn't like isn't really contributed to the hotel it's more contributed to disrespectful neighbors above us and besides us.

Everything was super nice and clean . The younger male clerk was soooo friendly on the phone and in person. Very personable. ( Lady at front desk on the last morning was grumpy ) the shuttle driver was awesome and bubbling with personality. The head of housekeeping ( I think ), a sweet older woman always had a smile in the mornings when I walked in. She greeted everyone with her lovely personable ways. Breakfast was pretty great for continental! I was surprised . Besides the cranky one - our stay was absolutely perfect. 10/10 recommend!

One of the front desk on our last morning was kinda rude . I just told her we were checking out and she looked agitated I even came to tell her .

A few months ago we had booked reservations and was assured that we had a room on the first floor. I'm in a wheel chair and I didn't see an elevator. They dont handle steps very well! They told us in early afternoon that they could not accommodate us. So we were fortunate to have learned early enough to make the drive home and cut our visit with family short. That was maybe due to Booking through Booking .com and they may have gotten a better price for the room. Just guessing but we are now leary about them.

I have no idea where all the negative reviews came from (maybe from a local competitor?) My 5-day stay at the Days Inn was fabulous! The breakfast is great, staff was incredible, the room was immaculate, the grounds were extremely well lit and clean! Yes there were a couple long-term families staying there but they kept themselves and were not an issue at all! The girls at the desk made my stay very pleasant and tended to all my needs when requested! Thank you Days Inn!

The staff was beyond nice. They have a shuttle to and from the venue. The gentleman who checked us in also shuttled us to the concert. He dropped us off,gave us directions to the event area and told us to call when we were ready for pick up. However, whenever the concert was over, we called for the shuttle,but when we walked out to the area for pck up, he as waiting on us! He knew it would be about 3 hrs.

Room was perfect for me. I was able to park my car directly in front of my room door. Made it easy for me. They provide refrigerator, microwave and a very large TV and coffee maker with coffee. A nice desk. Bed was comfortable and a nice shower. Staff from front desk to housekeeping could were friendly and asked if I needed anything at all to make my stay enjoyable.

Room and bath were clean. Breakfast was good, but the woman tending the buffet was exceptional. She kept everything ready, full and clean. But best of all, she was cheerful and so welcoming. When I was having trouble opening my door, a darling young housekeeping woman saw me and ran to get her key to let me in. Her smile and attitude was wonderful. I now wish I had her name. Both registration women were very helpful, too. Great employees you have!!

The actual enterance to the room from the parking was difficult. I doubt there is anything that can be done. A step down without anything to grab onto. (the post had a down spout attached) and the lighting was good, but perhaps a yellow strip at the edge could help. Not everyone looks carefully.

Omg the breakfast was good, I thought it would juice , coffee, fruit and danishes, was surprise to see sausage,eggs, waffles, u guys did a wonderful job in putting this together for your guess. Let your staff know everything was great and I will be back.

Everything seems to me was ok, can’t complain about anything, staff was nice, my was ready when I got there and I do want to thank the staff that help me on my request for my friend, I just want to say u did a good job, be safe hoping to see u soon lol

everything was great the front desk was polite and friendly, the food was great you would think only cold food nooooo they had eggs, B&G, sausage, juices, waffles, it was like a mini buffet, and it was hot and fresh only thing that would have made it better is if we were able to check in sooner than 3pm

ok now here are the bad the WIFI was free, but it was slow, not really an issue until you try to work online lol my phones WIFI was a bit faster. the shower head was small and shot out nice hot water but as a big guy I would have liked a bigger shower head. all in all, not too bad. o yes DO NOT book thru booking .com they suck with their price promise they book it and they should have given the discounted rate not have you contact the hotel. i booked thru you not them so you should be the one to make good on the price promise. so not a bad mark on the hotel but a factor none the less

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. It had the amenities I needed including a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. When we needed anything the staff accommodated us.

The room was clean, but the cleaning personnel had left a cleaning rag in the room. We stayed 3 nights, on the second night when we got back to our room the key did not work so we had to go back to the desk for them to fix the problem, which they did quickly. The last night the room below us had children in the room and they were bouncing off the walls when I told the desk staff and asked if I could be moved. They said they would handle it and the children were settled and then I could sleep. The walls and floors do not have good sound insulation so if you do not have considerate neighbors it could make for a bad night.
