Easy to get to your location. I was in a great area of town lots of restaurants and things to do around the area . Room was clean. Had a hot breakfast..

I had a room with a walk-in shower. Which was nice that I didn’t have to step over a tub I like that. The only problem is that you couldn’t turn the shower on without standing in it first and of course you get nothing but cold water in your face. The glass did not open where the Spicket was so that way you could turn the shower on let the water get warm and then enter the shower, that was my only problem they need to put in sliding doors.

staff was friendly good communication. Room was as I had expected, clean , well maintained, Hampton has always met my expectations. They are consistent in all of their locations. Super convienient to good eateries.

Room had a lot of highway noise in it. It was on the 5th floor, due to the location next to the interstate. Bathroom floor was dangerously slippery after a shower, had to place a towel on the floor to keep from falling.

The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast included was very good as well it was it good selection of food and it was hot food as well. The location was very good close to Walmart and Starbucks and other stores. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Kajuan, who runs breakfast, helped us organize our trip, entertained us while we ate, and refilled his breakfast all at the same time. We'd come back another year just to see if he was still working with you. The reception staff were also wonderful

Your elevators have mirrors, which I found glaring. We make this visit annually. Your hotel is almost always our choice

Breakfast was wonderful. A full selection of breakfast choices from hot to cold food and all the fixings.

The hotel is Pet Friendly in every room. The desk clerk was very sweet and understanding that I am highly allergic to animals and needed a room that was clear of any pets. She put us on the fifth floor and said she was speaking to the management about making some rooms non-pet friendly for guests like me.

Fair. Why was there no coffee maker available in our room (104)? Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Powdered eggs tasted more like powder, and less like eggs. Oatmeal very good.

Re: Room 104. Bathtub spout needs repair. Taking a shower was very difficult because the pull-up stem diverter on the spout is either worn out or broken. Water flows out from both the shower head and tub spout. This needs to get fixed because future guests will continue to be disappointed when they discover they cannot shower.

Unfortunately, even though we paid for our room (one night) in cash upon check-in (4 weeks ago) they just charged my account for 2 additional nights! I have tried calling the hotel, but the calls do not go through. This is unprofessional, it is fraud and I will not stay there again due to this. Booking.com requires a copy of my bank statement, showing the bank logo, my information and the charge, but I am unable to get that statement until the full month processes. I can provide them with proof of where the funds were taken out (two days ago) but that is only on a statement of activity, which does not provide my name/address on that particular statement. So I am forced to wait until I can get the statement they require.

I liked the location, being close to restaurants. The room is comfortable and quiet.

They explained to me at the hotel that since I made the reservation through Booking.com they could not give me my receipt or invoice for my stay. I wrote to Booking.com and so far I have not received an answer.

The manager (James) was SUPER. When my husband asked if there was bread to make toast with the manager said they must have run out and he personally went to the store and purchased bread and brought it back to the breakfast room. He was dealing with issues with the WIFI as well as an issue with some sort of alarm that kept beeping all night and he still kept his good disposition and remained friendly and helpful to the customers. Everyone noticed it. We liked that there were so many restaurants near by.

The WIFI didn't work. Our room didn't have anywhere to hang clothes/coats, not even a hook. Not enough places to hang used bath towels. You have to get IN the shower to turn on the water which means you are standing in freezing cold water until it warms up.

Difficult to find . Signage hard to see.
