This hotel was very clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I believe the guy at the front desk's name was Mike. He went above and beyond! The pool and hot-tub were very enjoyable. The gym was also huge (considering it being in a hotel) and a great place to do an adequate workout. The bathroom was gorgeous. I really enjoyed getting ready in there in the morning.

Our room was a little chilly. We had to turn the heat up to 84 degrees and it just made the room a comfortable temperature (not 84 degrees). I believe there was a draft coming in from the big window (which was gorgeous btw). Although, it was really cold the night we stayed, so that might've had something to do with it. The shower also got luke warm at most when I showered at night. However, my mom showered in the morning and the water was hot.

We love the location along the river with direct access to the river path. It was our second time staying here as an overnight as we drove north. One can walk to restaurants and ampitheater on the path. The room was large and modern. Very comfortable.

Parking is a bit far away from the hotel, but the ramp is the only place to park and at least you can walk through the buildings to get there.

I don’t think the location was good unless you were going to a conference or an event in the attached building. The room was not liking the pictures, for instance there was no rug on the floor by the bed. It did not feel cozy and homey. The facility attempted to charge me for parking even though the information provided I’m booking.com lead me to believe parking was free. I had an exchange with the assistant manager and they waive the parking fees but they pointed out that visitors should also look at their website and not just booking.com. I do not think that is appropriate. I lost sleep every single night because of all the noise in the hotel, which sounded like children running down the hall and slamming doors until 1130 at night. It was very disturbing.

The long walk from the garage to the front desk and elevators to the rooms. Front desk stated they had valet parking before COVID but they never brought it back. Someone like me that was traveling alone would park out front, go check in, go around back of hotel into the garage then entering the hotel from the garage you had to walk past the meeting rooms, almost a five minute walk.

This is a comfortable hotel with pleasant staff and a good restaurant.

I did not like the fact that one had to pay an additional fee for parking; this was not the case a couple of years ago. Given the rate of the room which one expects to pay for a quality hotel, parking should at least be included.

Generally everything was comfortable and nicely done. The king room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and the shower stall was great. Having a built-in luggage stand is a nice touch, as is having the fridge at a comfortable height.

The shower in the king room could use a more thorough cleaning and it was completely out of body wash. One issue was the inability to turn off “auto fan” and leave the AC on low, which meant it constantly turned on and off and kept waking us up. One thing I’d add to the room is either a footstool or small coffee table in front of the seating area. There’s plenty of room and without something it makes that space less useful. Also the delay on the TVs in both rooms is annoying, as is having many channel listed but then unavailable to watch (movie channels).

Loved being on the river and being able to walk to a restaurant up the river. Liked the river view, even though there was Canadian wildfire smoke in the valley that day. We were driving north so this was a great layover spot.

Parking was totally inconvenient, way down the hall, through the other building to the parking ramp.

I liked the property but check in was horrible. My reservation thru you, Booking.com did not register with the hotel and I ended up having to make a second reservation and was charged twice. I am not happy with Booking.com!

Checking in

I would recommend having water in the room if not complimentary like most hotels offer than at a charge . this is the second time we have stayed and it is inconvenient to get to the room and have to go back down for a bottle of water . I would think for the price of the room a bottle of water would be a great for your guests .

Breakfast choices were plentiful and the food was very good. I had an omelet, my husband had blueberry pancakes. We both enjoyed our meal. Our waiter, Mauritius (sp?) was so friendly and provided great service
