The location was great. it is downtown and in walking distance to many thigs to do. The staff was very attentive and my room was large and clean. This is a super quiet location as after 9 pm the town rolls up the sidewalks and there is no traffic or resulting noise. Note the is it an older property and part are being rmodeled.

A Double tree with no cookies? The breakfest is more basic than your standard Hampton Inn, so be aware. At $14.00 a meal you can eat in many local place and have a better selection. Parking is on the street unless you pay a $14.00 daily parking fee. Seems to be a theme.

They did not have us booked with booking .com We had booked through you a king room with a sofa /bed. They were very busy. We arrived around 5:45. They did not have us booked. Nothing from booking . com. We had a print out from you with our name and type of reservation and date but they said you did not book it We lucked out and got a double queen room. I think they over booked and gave our room to someone else Other than that everything else was very good

Everything was great from check-in to check-out between the staff, valet, and room expectations for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. They even gave us complimentary bottled water and a cookie! Valet parking was simple and well done, and the room was of great quality other than the water temperature available.

There was no hot water the entire stay. Temperatures dropped to 0 degrees so there's a good chance that had something to do with it. Breakfast was good but could've been better quality for the price. It was similar in quality to most continental breakfasts at most hotels.

The breakfast staff was so amazing they blessed me and my family there customer service was out of this world all food was well stocked they keep checking on us made us feel at home I told everyone I know about them I pray God blessed them with a raise because we will definitely be back because of how they treated us and I will tell the whole world about this hotel haven't had this great experience in a long time they helped ease our minds and comfort us after laying our loved one to rest they made a big difference in our life on that day I learn a valuable lesson on how to treat people so I thank them from the bottom of my heart I give thus hotel 5 stars the front desk was also amazing it was just a blessed time so thank you all and may God bless I will definitely come again and recommend world wide this hotel

Hot breakfast was very good. King size bed was comfortable. Room and hotel clean. Helpful staff. Valet parking convenient. Good cost.

Shower floor overflowed. No chair or couch in room so sat on bed to watch tv. Requested river side room view but got backside with old building and parking building view. No closet, only portable hanging unit beside bed. Took several minutes running water to get hot water.

the location is perfect…near downtown, restaurants, the river. Nice area to walk in.

no microwave in room, very poor television channel choice. we were traveling with my 3 grandchildren and could have used more up-to-date channels….perhaps Netflix! only one elevator was working. The windows were very dirty.

Overall very nice. Ate in the lounge and found the food surprisingly good. I say surprisingly because of it eing the bar. Staff very nice.

The drop off area in front was constantly blocked. People kept parking their cars and leaving. Staff did not keep up with moving them on to parking spot or the garage. We had to back out on street twice when checking in and again when checking out. Others had to do the same which caused a dangerous situation backing into busy main roadway. Carpet in our room needed replaced - worn and dingy. Other than that clean comfortable room.

Wonderful location, very central to lots of great restaurants. Room was very clean as always. Bed is very comfy and the staff is always wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Noise was a bit of concern this time. We were woken up several times a night to loud door slams and running. Normally a very quiet hotel, but they were very crowded this weekend. One of the elevators was out of service and the other was very slow, with such a busy weekend the time to get off our floor or onto our floor was 15+ minutes each time.

difficult to find parking although valet parking available at $8/day. lip to walk-in shower not tall enough to keep shower water from spreading across bathroom floor fridge available but no freezer and no microwave

Loved the bathroom...lol...nice makeup mirror...always have trouble applying makeup when I’m away from home but not this time!😁 Shower was wonderful and set the mood for the day! Housekeeping was great! Stayed 3 nights and always came back to a clean room and fresh towels for the next day...left a note for extra blanket and it was there waiting when we returned!😁 Would highly recommend the stay here...well worth the money! If there was any problem it would be the parking outside but they have excellent valet parking and worth the extra cost! Will definitely be staying here again!
