This place is great for what it is. Reasonably priced and close to restaurants and New River Gorge Park. Staff was friendly and the place was overall quiet, although I did stay during the week. There is free coffee and water in the main reception. Hotel was clean. Some smoking rooms but no smell in the non smoking rooms. Front desk staff said they sometimes have issues with booking.com reservations but I had no problems.

The AC is old and turns on and off loudly. It does work well though. I don't think there is an elevator for 2nd floor access.

The staff was in training and still amazing and exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised the pool was open colder than we expected but it was wonderful. We had expected it to not be as clean as it was. Every room has a refrigerator and microwave. TV was flat screen and on the wall.

It's an older motel so it needs repairs and updates such as paint in places and hardwood flooring rather than carpet.

I was amazed at the cleanliness and comfort of a "smoking" room. Smoking rooms are normally pretty nasty. The price was extremely reasonable. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was super accommodating and friendly.

Although breakfast is advertised, there is no breakfast. I checked in on a Sunday and they said their breakfast delivery should be there today, (on a Sunday???) but that didn't happen. All of the smoking rooms are upstairs -- no elevator. The indoor pool was not available, closed for maintenance? The room was really clean but the outside of the place looks really bad.

We were on trip and we need just one night stay. This facility for friends and the purpose is ideal.

I do not even know. Maybe the look of the hall. No wonder, this building is like decades in operation - and still very well cared.

it was definitely an older style like from the 80s or 90s but it was cheap and comfortable so it worked

I did come across a few roaches on appearance is clean but those little things are hard to get rid of I guess

My husband and I and 4 kids came down for the weekend. our cabin along with a lot of other places lost power. The employees at Days Inn made sure we had a place to stay and did everything to make our vacation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I am so thankful for these employees

The staff was really wonderful. From the moment I walked in, but almost felt like I was talking to family.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was how far away from Minden it was. because a 12 mile 15 minute drive was ohh so horrible. lol (sarcasm)

Room was quiet and clean, didn't realize that it had a indoor swimming pool.

Very hard to find as the Days INN sign was blocked by trees and no street sign anywhere to be found.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Bad smell in hallways. Older building needs some work but for the price you can't beat it.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and property. The staff were great and we stayed at another Days Inn the next night.

I have no complaints about the room or staff.
