The breakfast was good. Nice variety of cereals, cinnamon rolls, eggs, etc

When we entered the hotel, my 84 year old friend needed to use the restroom right away. When she asked the gentleman clerk where the ladies room was, he replied that it was out of order. She stated that she could use the men's room instead and again asked where they were. The clerk replied, "The men's room is beside the ladies room." He was rude and disrespectful. Other than that, our stay was fine, but I do feel it was overpriced at about $250.00 per night.

My girlfriend and sister loved the breakfast. We didn’t get the exact room we booked but it was still okay with size and comfort. Need vent fan in bathroom. Was looking forward to using the pool. The pool was being serviced at that time. That was a downer. Receptionist was excellent. Very friendly and kind lady. Out of all hotels in Ripley this is the best hotel to stay. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Pool was unusable. Keep towels and wash clothes replenished morning and night.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was really good. The lighting in the room could be a little better. And it would be awesome to get some streaming services in the room like Netflix or something. But it was overall really great and super clean!

The lighting could have been a little better in the rooms but didn’t affect my opinion on my stay. Also it would be super great to have some streaming channels like Netflix and stuff instead of cable.

The guy at the front desk was extremely nice, always makes sure I have everything I need for my stay.

The room was a little warm when I arrived. The ac wasn't turned on so it took quite a while to get the room cooled down to where it was comfortable enough to go to sleep.

Breakfast was ok to good. It wasn't the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, but it had enough options. It did Not have enough seating. The room was excellent, clean, all the good things, the staff was excellent as well

A notification the pool wasn't working - we picked where to stop in our trip based on having a pool..... and then it was down. That put a shadow on the whole experience.

The jacuzzi tub in the king suite is very nice, especially after a long day of work! Beautiful fireplace as.well. but it's too hot right now to use that!

There was no laundry bag for dirty clothes. I juat asked for a trash bag at front desk.

the room was nice & very comfortable for our family.

a single staff member was very rude, and not enough towels and wash clothes were available. we had a family of 6 staying in a queen suite. two towels were in the room and then when we tried to find more, we were told no wash clothes were clean at that time we’d have to come back in 2 hours.. this was at midnight so needless to say we didn’t go back until morning and then there were few towels and wash clothes then.

The hotel was located right in the middle of anything you wanted to do. Upon arrival the staff had all been very friendly and answered any questions knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed.

That the pool was closed for maintenance.

Very clean hotel & great staff. Excellent location too.

The hotel & staff were great. However we had a room & the people next door kept slamming their door numerous times even after staff asked them to stop.

The front desk man was professional and nice. Room had enough outlets from phones and my cpap.. This is our second stay. They had a good amount of food for breakfast. All the food was kept full. The nice lady even took our plates when we were finished. Really a very pleasant stay.
