Checkout morning housekeeper knocking on our door at 930 to see if we had left. Very annoying as checkout was at 11

For my son and I, it was all about the size of the room and the location. We were there for the 24th McGMO Golf tournament at Delbrook Golf Course to help raise money for Cancer. My mother was one of the honorees since she passed 11 years ago from Cancer. It was close to others who were there for the tournament, close to the course, close to the lake. Additionally, the room was huge (King bed and sofa bed) and the bathroom was quite roomy. Staff was very pleasant and understanding when we had to cut our trip short due to an unforeseen emergency at home.

Just the price. I understand there are many amenities available at the resort. However, for those of us who don't use the amenities this exorbitant price is absurd. Charge for using the amenities more instead of charging everyone so much. Just shy of $1,500 with taxes and resort fees for 3 nights was way too much regardless of the service. We pay less for top of the line resorts at Disney, Destin and Cancun.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Lawn Resort. The hotel is taken care of and very clean, with a large outdoor area right next to the lake. Beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean, and every piece of furniture and equipment has a rustic style. There are multiple amenities for guest use, including pools (it was too cold to enjoy outdoor pools, but the indoor pool is great), a fitness center, restaurants, and bars. Overall a great experience at a very reasonable price; I will definitely come back!

The pool, and room were accessible and clean. I enjoyed being able to stretch out and enjoy some time with my family away from the crowds.

The Cafe took 45 mins to make us the pizza. While there was an ABBA show, they should set the expectations of delayed food. In addition the pizza was wrong.

Loved the location. We had an awesome room. The facility is super clean and the front desk staff are awesome too! They were very attentive friendly and helpful

We wanted to take a sunset cruise however they don't go out every night. Also the water by the rental area was super green so we decided not to rent paddle boats.

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Absolutely loved the christmas decorations it gave the place a very romantic vibe. Good directions for hotel map. Food was delicious!

Extremely long wait for dinner. Didnt eat dinner until 9pm. Over an hour wait for room service. We waited and went down there instead. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming all night. People up stairs making banging sounds at 12-1am. Could not sleep! Pool was over crowded. Next time we will plan to go in non busy season.

we always golfing ourselves going back to lake lawn year after year for the relaxed atmosphere. it’s the perfect place for parents to let their kids run around and you don’t have to worry about them. the food is surprisingly excellent and the boating is awesome.

don’t expect a fancy updated resort! the vintage rooms and rustic vibe are all part of the charm. it reminds you of being back in the 80s…you either love it or hate it.

The front desk accommodated request to put my father near facilities so he didn’t have to walk far. The spa was nice.

Some wear and tear as it’s an older facility. Pool rules weren’t enforced and the pool area was chaotic. I asked our server in the Lookout if they had mocktails without alcohol. She looked at me like a grew a third head and didn’t do anything to figure it out.
