The location was easy to get too and quiet considering it was close to the expressway. Loved the store and breakfast items served. The room was very spacious and clean. I greatly appreciated the front desk staff that checked me in and settled my nerves after an unpleasant email.

The morning of our arrival, I received an email stating the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for my stay. I had a free cancellation and pay at the hotel option with my reservation. My email came with a threat of losing my room if I did not pay immediately. I drove up earlier to ensure I didn't lose my room. The hotel should adhere to the reservation stipulations agreed to upon booking the room on Booking.com.

We do not eat breakfast, but the beds were very comfortable. We slept very well. There was no noise from other rooms or outside that was annoying.

The smell in the elevator….and in the room when we first got there - bleach smell or something very strong. I bought some air freshener for the room so that helped a lot, but the elevator was smelly the whole time we were there. I also noticed the same smell from the cleaning ladies carts.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Large suite for very affordable price and extremely comfortable beds! Housekeeping was very kind as well and always asked if we needed anything whenever we met in the halls!

There was a train across the highway that went through 2 of the 3 nights around 9 blasting their horn a couple times but it's obviously not something that the hotel has any control over.

The breakfast was good with several food choices to pick from. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and pillows were very comfortable.

The toilet float worked half the time, constantly taking the toilet lid off to in order for it to fill water in the bowl. When changing channels on the TV with the remote, it worked very slowly in higher or lower channels. I will inform the general manager of my concerns so the room is more enjoyable.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, so our room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy. Hot tub worked great and was spacious and deep. Breakfast was great. Had make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and lots of other non hot items.

The vent on the floor in the pool area had all kinds of stains that were really gross. It looked like squished dead bugs without the bug bodies.

It was quick and easy to check in. The staff were friendly and it was a great location. The breakfast offered exceeded my expectations.

The room and bathroom were not as clean as they could be. Nothing too glaringly obvious but could use a really, thorough deep clean in the bathroom and floors.

We loved the layout of the king suite, with actual door between the sleeping area and the rest of the suite.

Our room was at the end of the building closer to the highway (Hwy 41), and there was much more road noise. The last time we stayed a month ago, our room was at the opposite end of building and really did not notice any road noise.

I loved the room, the room I originally picked wasnt available so they upgraded my room with no cost and next time I stay there I will likely choose the upgraded room. It was so nice! And perfect for couples (especially if you have a boyfriend who is a gamer), as you could watch TV in the room while he plays his game in the living room area.

The staff was so friendly, and made sure you were taken care of. The breakfast was good too, a good variety. The location was perfect!

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but nothing bad. Also, I thought it was weird that housekeeping did not clean our room while we were out. I don’t know if that had something to do with COVID? If so, I wish the front desk would have informed us of that. We had to go to the front desk and get extra towels, etc. not a huge deal though.

The staff were very welcoming. My bed was so amazing after a 6 hr drive it was much needed.

The only complaint was the cabinet that the mini fridge was in the hinge was broke and the mini fridge had not been wiped out.
