Location and was quite. Facility and rooms were clean. Room had multiple charging ports, quite working refrig and single serve coffee machine and microwave. Bed comfortable

Upon checking as well as checkout desk was unattended. Had to ring bell multiple times due to sign stating helping guest and would return shortly. Two ladies showed up after about a 15 minute wait. Checkin went smoothly. Checkout, same thing. Desk was unattended. I made an $8 charge to room night before so expect only this $8 incidental charge to appear. I just left room keys on the font desk counter and left. Just annoying

the breakfast is a great addition to the experience it reminded me of the old Las Vegas style I was use to in the past I love how I didnt have to leave my state of Wisconsin to feel the extra special part of a hotel services that I was use to!!! We will be back soon like a month or two just to enjoy your city. I am from Milwaukee I am looking for some land to move up out of the city so will see you soon thanks Dana

I could have stayed longer!!

Location was great right off exit and close to restaurants, gas stations and stores. The pool was great, my daughter loved the airplane slide. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast served in the morning had a nice variety and had something for everyone’s liking.

Shower in room didn’t have the best water pressure but for one night stay wasn’t a big issue.

Big room. Friendly and responsive staff. Good price. Quiet. Did a good job satisfying our request for a top floor room away from elevators for optimal quiet at night.

The children’s pool area fountains were not working. The hot tub was only warm. The pool area was ten degrees cooler than what the temp was set at, ice build up on the exit door and windows made it cold inside. I wish someone would’ve noticed it before we brought it to staff’s attention because then maybe it could’ve been fixed while we were still there. The kids still had fun, but it could’ve been a little better. The staff was responsive to our concerns and immediately checked it out, but it couldn’t be fixed right away.

I love how spacious their ADA rooms are. The walk in shower is great for people with limited mobility. Beds are super comfy. The pool area and pool are clean and welcoming. The area is brightly lit.

The woman working the evening shift and my check out morning was not very welcoming. Very abrupt and curt. Did not smile.

It was clean, up to date and convenient

Two things: #1 - I've stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and never have I ever encountered a more indecipherable TV system. IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to operate it. #2 - I did not appreciate the daily add-on fee for the in-room safe. Very much a scam.

The beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a variety of foods. My room was perfect with regard to the walk in shower and cleanliness of everything. Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

I think the price is a bit steep. Other than that it is a perfect place to stay.

We loved the room and pool.. Location was amazing and pool size and it was for younger and older children to keep them entertained. The room size was great and fit our family with feeling cramped. So we will be staying here again next time we come to Oshkosh. Kids were extremely sad that we had to leave but we will be back. Awesome location to tons of restaurants, gas stations, museums, parks, zoos, and shops so that was extremely nice to have everything so close to hotel. All my kids were happy with this hotel and can't wait to go back again.

The breakfast wasn't that great but that was ok my kids still ate cereal. It would of be nicer if there was more options and we could get juice from the juice dispenser. So my kids ate breakfast but it was there lease liked part of our hotel stay. It was one of the worse hotel breakfast. Oh and the room we had would of been nice if it had a toaster and other pots and pans. I bought bread for daughter to eat her eggs with toast and no toaster. So that would be a nice addition but only complaint about room. The internet was her to set up on more expensive phone so daughter had to go to front desk to get help login into there internet. My cellphone wanted a scan which they didn't have. Overall not horrible we can go eat breakfast somewhere else.

It was very good. Organized and well kept and supplied constantly. A real plus for our vacation needs.

The waffles stuck sometimes on the griddle. Perhaps a cooking spray would be helpful.

The property was close to the Aviation Museum which made it great and it was also close to all the stores and restaurants. Y daughter loved the pools and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful.

The bathroom was tiny, but we made it work.
