The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was good.

The mattress would slide on the bed frame very easily. Not a big deal but I had to push the mattress back into place way too many times. The breakfast was almost all "shelf stable" prepackaged food. This is the same as most motels, but if you have blood sugar issues, you might want to bring some fresh fruit or some complex carbs.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The eggs for breakfast were a little unappetizing. The toilet in our bathroom could use an upgrade, very small, didn't flush very good and could have been a little higher from the floor.

This is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend staying there for anyone looking for a place to stay! The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. The front desk person is very friendly and helpful.

Location good and there's a good coffee place right next to it called "GUTH COFFEE". Really excellent coffee.

Booking.com is a rip off. They charge much more than the hotel with their fees, which did not become evident to me until close to my trip. By that time I couldn't find a different place.

Room was clean and amply sized. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind, sincere and always helpful. Kudos to all!

Door key mechanism was problematic and needed repair. Things happen. So I get it having worked in the travel industry myself. But not too much an issue to require a room change. The staff always assisted when needed. When housekeeping saw me frustratingly trying to open the door, she ran my way, arms still filled with linen, to help me. She was so kind.

The moment we walked through the front door we were met by a smiling face (Marcia?) at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, and charming. We found our room - which was very nice (not the Ritz, but nice). The housekeeping girl we saw in the hallway on our way to the room was very nice too. Great beds, quiet room, nice breakfast, and the desk clerk at checkout was friendly and fast. We will be staying here again!

Fast check in. Good breakfast. Bed were comfortable and shower nice and hot.

Hot tub was empty of water. Bedding! Why has Wyndham gone to these super thin and light weight linens. I slept in leggings . I do not prefer to turn the heat up high.

The room was really nice and comfortable, I liked the jacuzzi in my room and it was clean.

The hot tub and pool area was down due to maintenance but they still advertised having it running. Also it was non smoking but I smelt smoke in the hallway.

Breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Also downtown Waupun had some great places to eat. We had such a good time we decided to reserve a room for our return from a week in the UP
