The breakfast room was clean, the food good. Enjoyed making own waffles. Good coffee. We read the varying reviews, but found our room clean, handy, and pleasant. The hotel is being renovated, so, there is a bit of dust, but no problem. It served our purposes well.

There was nothing we didn't like. Yes, the hotel is not new. It does need freshening, and that is being done.

Excellent service, staff was very friendly, out kids wanted to swim and it was a little pass 11 o clock, and they were so understanding and kind, since we checked in very late, honestly I love that hotel!

Everything was perfect, no lie

due to COVID, it was brown bag only. the items in the bag were sufficient. one fresh fruit, a few sweet prepackaged bakery items, 1 bottle of water

The pool area and lobby were cluttered and felt not real clean. the hallways were too warm with no air movement. The room air conditioner took around two hours to cool. side note: we were a short notice reservation, so maybe the standard practice is that they pre-cool the rooms they know they are renting out. When the room cooled however, it stayed cool.

It was weird that I had to call the staff for assistance at the front desk. They weren't really warm and welcoming but they weren't rude either.

Breakfast in a bag isn’t great but I understand why it has to be that way. Also had to wait for our room to be cleaned at 4:00 but again I understand why. Cleaning folks very friendly, helpfuL and they got the job done quickly.

The hot tub wasn’t working properly. No tv in dining area

Due to the COVID virus, there was no breakfast. However, we did get a bag with water, an apple, a muffin, and an energy bar to start us off before getting a breakfast elsewhere.

We only stayed one night, so we really didn't have any time to properly answer this question.

Everything the front desk guy this morning was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and the sheets were as well!
