Breakfast was good, We used the $15 coupon provider at check in for the attached restaurant. We were not told that if we checked out, to validate the Coupon we had to be checked back in. All customers should be told this.

It was clean and comfortable. They carry Dove products and those are a nice amenity.
I was under the impression that there was free breakfast. As a family with two teenage boys, we count on that.

Is not breakfast, they didn't offer, you have a restaurant next to the building with wierd hours. The location is good.The customer service real friendly.
I can understand that business now are short of employees but is not an excuse to take care the customers, for two days we doesnt have housekeeping, the trash accumulated, no towels changing , and we request the simple service,

Big, modern facilities. Nicely decorated and furnished.
We came in at shift change for front desk clerk. He ignored us while he logged in. I initiated conversation because it was awkward. Once he was ready he was friendly. A little eye contact and verbal acknowledgement would be expected.

Ate dinner in restuarant hotel. Great fish fry. Frie ndly staff. Nice place.
connecting door which was locked, because I was in my own room myself, let a lot of noise through. People were very loud next door and woke me up 4 times first night

Nice remodeling. Poolside room was clean and updated nicely. Keurig coffee in room. Thick curtains to block light.
Worst pillows ever!!! Instantly flat no matter what you did. Adjoining door side of room offered almost zero sound barrier. Not that it is a big deal, but when you register for 5 guests it would be nice to have that many cups and towels in the room upon arrival rather than the standard 2.
