I walked in and front desk staff was extremely friendly. Happy. Helpful. Then. The room…. OMG… soooo Clean!! You could smell the clean! You could see the clean!

There was a baseball tournament in the town and a TON of kids acting crazy in the pool and running the hallways into all hours of the night. The breakfast was not good at all!!

Room was large. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Location was great. A very nice restaurant connected to property. Pool located inside in center of building.

Needed some TLC. Updates on rooms colors dark. Decor was lacking. Would really be nice if they had more local decor. Dated property

It was good the first day I was super happy with the offering and choices but it was the same thing each day. Since we spent 3 nights there we opted to skip the breakfast the last day because we didn’t want the same thing 3 days in a row.

The parking lot had massive potholes that you had to avoid which were difficult to get around when it was busy.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool refreshing.

I suppose a person could have gotten a non pool side room. The smell of the pool was a little overwhelming at times.

The evening staff and morning clerk were very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful

My only complaint is that the hot tub needed to be cleaned. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I requested a first floor room. The staff not only honored the request, but upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent and reasonable in price.

Located close to hospital and shopping. Restaurant located on site is convenient and had very good food. Breakfast was nice.

Hot tub needs some work. Not all the jets work and could be hotter.

Awesome breakfast, very large pool room, and same genuine people

They are doing some renovations and there was a bad smell upstairs from it I believe

close to shopping and to the family I was visiting and that it has an attached restaurant. I also like the fact of the key in the slot to operate lights and temperature control.

The rooms need updated lighting with all the lights on it still is very dimly lit . also only one remote worked for both TV’s
