This was my second night of two: Rooms close to Hot tub / Pool / Gym areas, and convenient location right outside of Milwaukee. However, it is the outstanding staff that keeps me coming back to this location. Despite being understaffed each time I have visited, the team across all three shifts has shown a willingness to work together and get it done for the customer. I greatly appreciate the positive attitude shown by everyone. Vanessa, Hayley, Erica, and Antonio were fantastic though I had the most experience with Lexi and Heather who were beyond amazing, being always more than willing to offer a smile or help however possible. Thank you for all the patience and dedicated service to your customer.

Staffing was insufficient (which effected breakfast) but I do not hold it against the great employees I interacted with and will return!

This was the first night of a second two night stay I had at this hotel. Though there were continued Staffing issues, the team of Lexi and Heather were amazing to cover 2nd and third shift, while Vanessa, Hayley, and the morning staff did everything they could to keep pace with the support they had. I again am very thankful to be able to interact with such great people willing to provide a high level of service through their own unexpected challenges.

Staffing issues remained, putting stress on the dedicated workers willing to go the extra mile!

I enjoyed my room, the rate was acceptable, the continental breakfast was pretty standard, French toast sticks, eggs, a meat, cold cereal, yogurt and jello, breads, tea, coffee, juice. All fine. Staff was very nice, professional, and attentive to guest needs. Room was clean and all things worked well.

The only downside was my specific room was located along the indoor pool side, and if one is a light sleeper, that could be a deal breaking issue. If you are a light sleeper, ask to be put in a room away from the pool area. I'm not a light sleeper so it was fine for me. Other than that, all good. Oh wait, the hot tub jets in the pool area. I could not for the life of me figure them out to make the hot tub all bubbly. Definitely felt odd in still warm water like that. But that's probably a me issue and not a hotel issue. I should have asked someone but I was only there for a short time.

I like the everyday free breakfast and coffee. Fresh water dispensers everywhere. Provide Free airport shuttles. Rooms had all the necessities I needed to make my stay quite comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

breakfast was fairly descent. Pork sausages and scramble eggs was always burnt and over cooked, wish there were fresh fruits and veggies. I wish you have a security. person 24 hours, so I can feel safer and secure. 2 nights in a row, someone was jogging on the second floor, running back and forth stamping on the wooden floor that lasted 15 min. at 9:15 P.M. and if there was a security person there, I could have call them.

They were really accommodating with my situation I came over from Canada and had booked and cancelled and then rebooking again due to border issues day of and on a weekend and they were polite and were able to cancel and rebook with no extra fees. Highly recommend for a comfortable safe stay without breaking the bank. Also near an airport so a plus.

The only thing i didn't like was losing money at the casino other than that this place was a great place for me to drown my sorrows. Beds made me forget all the stupid decisions at the table.

Well I loved the breakfast even though it could of got changed up a Lil I ate 2 times a day and I loved the view of the area and the pool and how the hotel is setup and different from others and how the workers stayed on there jobs and communicate well

Well I didn't like that the kids where up too early and playing around My door and I was getting woke up early by others at times or how you can easy look into others rooms and I don't like that my time was up and it was time to go that fast

Good breakfast but very typical American choices in an international type hotel. Perhaps some croissants or fresh bread and cheese added to the choices rather than so much heavy foods??!!

The greasy ‘French bread’ which looks nothing like real French bread !! But I am being difficult because I am French!! The quantity that some people eat was impressive for the European traveller !!

Cassandra at the front desk was extraordinary. When I wanted to change rooms upon arrival with half of my things already in the room,it was a no problem attitude of kindness. She even offered help with getting my things to the new room. The breakfast attendants were also great both days. The morning reception lady was also very helpful. I needed the window shade unstuck and she had someone there in minutes.

The fitness equipment didn't all seem to work. I didn't have time to ask for help. I was trying to get a quick workout in before a meeting. The next day I swam laps in the pool for exercise instead. It's a nice indoor pool area.I dropped and broke a glass bottle in the bathroom by mistake and told a housekeeper who was mopping in the hall. She said she'd have to call a supervisor. I came back that night and the broken glass was still on the floor. That was disappointing.

The room was great. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Had an issue with my suitcase....unable to close it but a handyman was able to fix it for me so I could get to the airport. He definitely saved me a lot of aggravation.

One thing I would highly suggest. As I sat in the dining room to eat my breakfast, I would highly recommend that when handling food by employees that gloves be worn. I know that the young man clearing leftover food might be cleaning up the buffet but it left me thinking..........do they use gloves when putting food out?

The breakfast host was a very enthusiastic individual and very inviting. It was a good way to start the day. It would have been to identify what type of meat were the sausages. While I assumed that it was pork, I think I missed the sausages, which looked otherwise tempting, if they were beef. The waffles were a good option as a warm breakfast. While there were fountains on the property, management should consider a free bottle of water for guests in the rooms.

Our hotel room was located very near the pool. While I did enjoy the proximity of the hotel room to the pool, there was a large group of guests using the pool fairly early in the morning (6-7 am-ish) who were rather noisy. This is obviously not necessarily a hotel's fault, but there should have been a sign or an attendant reminding pool users to respect guests around the area.
