Great location. Room was clean. Staff were nice. It was a great place to stay for a quick trip to Milwaukee but I would stay more than one night in the future.

The room smelled of stale tobacco, especially the bathroom. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby at midnight when I arrived.

Were looking for a reasonably priced room (away from downtown) my family to spend the night after that evening's Bucks game. Worked perfectly, only about a 10 min drive from the Fiserv Forum. Staff was very good and friendly, welcomed upon check-in and very efficient during the check out process.

Facilities seemed to be a little bit in need of renovation. Cleanliness was very good, just seemed to be a little older and outdated. Still wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and to my surprise u don't hear noise from the airport

The parking situation is a little sketchy. The only part of the lot that I felt comfortable with leaving my car was in the front

We always choose Four Points when we travel, if our flight is in the early AM. They have always met/exceeded our expectations and needs.

There was a cleaning dust rag and filter left in the room. Not a huge deal, but....

The hotel is in a great location for the airport! Bed was comfortable and facility was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and wonderful.

The TV was a bit of an issue because the cable wasn’t working but according to other people we were in the hotel with it might have been an isolated incident. Also the restaurant in the hotel was closed, I assume due to COVID but it would have been really Convenient if it were open.

In the description it was stated that breakfast was included with the rate. When we woke up to get breakfast there was a sign stating breakfast was $12 per guest

The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable. The only thing that bothered me, was the people hanging out in the lobby. It felt weird. They probably were waiting for the shuttle but I wasn't sure. The lobby needed vacuuming but the girl at the front desk was amazing.

The fact that there weren't any vending machines only a shelf and refrigerator of items , and a better selection of items. Others

Everything was fine.

The soap dispenser on the bathtub wall. Not only are they inconvenient if there is no soap on the sink, it is very slippery in tub to walk to the dispenser while taking a shower.

Friendly staff, clean, rooms were nice, and great breakfast buffet.

I wish the breakfast would have been free but it was worth the $.

It could been better if they could clean the room every day and put clean towels
