everything was great , except the hot Tub!! it had a horrible smell to it that our swim wear stunk up the room . we put them in a garbage bag .. was really looking forward to relaxing in it for awhile but I couldn’t with that horrible smell !! the pool is not heated so had to pass that up as well !!!

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, internet worked fine, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Nice to have coffee in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Minor things but annoying. Lack of space in the bathroom to put toiletries or hang towels. Coffee maker was in an alcove near the front door, an area with very little light which is a problem if one person gets up earl. The blanket on the bed had so many holes that I doubt Goodwill would take it.

I loved that the staff was very friendly and attentive. They were always able to answer any questions I had and were very accommodating about my having to check out a day earlier than originally planned. The check in and check out process was smooth and they worked with booking.com to get me my refund for my unused night.

I didn't like that the pool was closed. However, this was due to Covid and understandable.

The location of the hotel was minutes from the city. We made great time to our concert and didn’t have to leave hours before.

On our last day before check out we went to the pool at the time it opened but it was still locked. We told front desk but it took them a little over half an hours to come open the door.

I loved it! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice, spacious and clean.

I didn't like not having microwaves on each floor next to the ice machine, but that was no reflection on this particular location, as the microwave was accessible at all times on the main floor.

Everything. The staff were kind, didnt have any issues with noise, complimentary starbucks breakfast and drink every morning (makes up for nobuffet breakfast due to COVID-19, Starbucks inside hotel btw), not too crowded (even though summerfest was going on along with a quinceñera downstairs), good wifi for my homework, access to buy small toiletries and snacks in the lobby, access to pool, gym, and yoga studio. Overall a good hotel to stay at when visiting Milwaukee because its affordable and only 15-20 minutes from downtown.

Nit-picking but the toilet paper dispensers in the room are a bit out dated. They can't really do anything about this but there's nothing open for food around late at night, not even a McDonald's, only gas stations.

Hotel was very clean, staff was lovely, bed comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We went swimming at 8 and most the lights were off and we asked the front desk to turn them on but no one came sadly.

That booing.com didn't have my reservation in Crowne Plaza system correctly. The person had to research with my confirmation number and it was said that it was in my First name- Melvina. My name is Melvina Johnson. Overall, it was Great!

Shuttle driver outstanding. So very friendly! Hotel quiet and clean. Free breakfast was offered and not just a muffing it is a full meal.

Beds are hard. Not enough towels and when asked for more room forever.

Room was clean, quiet and temperature comfortable. Bed was stiff.. Staff was attentive and available. Check in and check out easy. Pool closed but we were notified in advance.
