Complimentary breakfast and dinner time is awesome. The hot tub and pool are spectacular as well. In general, the hotel looks attractive and modern. The room and hallways were clean. We were many stories up so there was a nice window view. I will definitely stay again if I ever visit Milwaukee again.

There truly is not much to dislike about this hotel. I found it somewhat confusing to find where the parking structure connects to the hotel. It was difficult to find my car when needed but that's my fault. At night while sleeping I heard lots and lots of emergency sirens outside. However it is to be expected from MKE.

I loved the customer greetings and concerns they had. It felt welcoming!! I loved the happy journey with the buffet. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but I will definitely try it next time.

The only thing I didn't like, was the paying the parking on the website. It was set up to have us pay these extras amounts cause the timing didn't match the check out time. I paid for the night and only covered me till 8am. Which check out was at 11am. So I had to get up and make sure to pay extra money again so I wouldn't get a ticket. It was an inconvenience.

Staying at the Drury Plaza really enhanced our concert road trip experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a FREE 5:30 dinner with free drinks. Breakfast was so great! Hotel is super secure with many places requiring your hotel key card to access. All of the staff we encountered, and we met a lot of staff, were warm and friendly. Hotel is also in an easy walk to the lake and the concert and festival venues. Being from a small town...I was worried about walking back after the concert. The streets were full of people and I have no issues walking back! Being able to walk to the concert and back saved us so much time, money, and worry about parking. The staff also had two full containers of ice water, one lime infused, for all of us coming back from the concert.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room. I wiped down everything when I arrived, and the wipes were not even remotely dirty after wiping. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely view of the river. The 5:30 kickback (happy hour) was nice. Nice to have breakfast on premises and very clean.

No hand soap on arrival. Asked front desk on Friday afternoon for soap. Never had it delivered. I saw the housecleaning person Saturday afternoon and requested it then. The hotel windows should be soundproofed because there were drag races in the middle of the night on both Friday and Saturday. It woke me up on Friday. Engines revving; squealing tires...not great. Very pricey for a discounted rate. If possible, please consider low carb options for those of us who are medically required to avoid breads, potatoes and other high carb foods. Having scrambled eggs every morning is not appealing.

The breakfast is always good. There is a lot of options. Something for everyone. Coffee, soda, water and juice which is nice. The largest continental breakfast that I have seen offered at a hotel and not had to pay extra for. The staff is always so nice! The beds are comfortable. Having off street parking when you are in the city is also nice although an extra fee it is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels in the area. Great location!

The only complaint is that our room was a little musty or smelled like stale cigarettes but this is the first time we have had that issue. We turned the fan on which helped some.

Breakfast was good and have enough variety for everyone. The happy hour each day was very much appreciated. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location. We easily walked to great restaurants, the river walk , public market and Summerfest. The garage has no hassle in and out access and we always easily found a parking spot each time we returned.

I would have liked the nightly rate to be a little lower. I do understand that it is in a city and is comparable to other hotels but would still appreciate a more economical rate.

Close location for walking to the Public Market, the Lakeshore, Public Art Museum, and Marquette University. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having breakfast and happy hour. The room was more spacious than I expected (Room on Ninth Floor facing the street).

Some typical city street noise but nothing that kept me awake at night. Our room was pretty clean but I noticed someone’s wad of hair on the window ledge behind the curtain which was gross. Also carpet looked like it could have been cleaner. Crumbs present.

The property was right downtown, walking distance to river walk and other services and restaurants. Very clean lobby and rooms. Parking on site (with fee). This Drury Inn also has the complimentary morning buffet and evening social with food and drinks.

Rooms were a little tight on square footage, but as to be expected with older downtown hotel. There was a brief mix-up with suites and door keys to get us going, but worked out after a couple of trips downstairs.

love this place but ,kick back with family and friends ,great food and endless drinks like soda , very great this the only location where the pool is open and jacuzzi . the view was amazing . Great friendly staff , love the workout room.

the key shut down so my daughter could not get in her room for hours, then I had to leave from a very important situation, where I came to see why her key was the working new system, managers was not their or manitence don't think I spell that right, but any who this was work out .Where we was able to get a new key to get to the other side of a room that shared a door to open for my daughter .

The food was excellent and the atmosphere had me feeling so fancy! My room was located in a cool location! The pool, spa and fitness center was so fun! The receptionists were friendly and helpful, which helped my birthday celebration while visiting Milwaukee. I would definitely visit again!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. My only suggestion is for the coffee in the dining area to be less hot. It seemed hotter than regulations might allow. But it was good!
