In a time when our society has begun to rely more on automated customer service and emails. The customer service was outstanding, we had a small issue with noise AND they went above and beyond. If you're debating about the value in the cost it is well worth the $$. Thank you Donna!! Professional, curteous, and pleasant. I spoke with not one but 3 of the housekeeping staff, just Lovely!!!

Small amount of noise later in the night, but we were on the 6th floor near the rooftop bar access. BUT again the staff was wonderful and resolved the issue.

It was in a great location and the room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We can for a concert and the Fiserv is only a 4 min drive or about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. You are also about a 10-15 min walk from the historic district.

We liked everything!

We really liked the big spacious rooms. We also really enjoyed the large bathrooms and shower and robes. We did have to ask for the robes but the front desk man brought them to us right away. Nice modern decor and quiet hotel.

It was way too hot in the exercise room. A water cooler would also be nice in the exercise room. The advertising of that hotel says the robes and slippers are included with your stay but we had to ask for them and they were no slippers. The man brought us robes immediately upon request.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous!!! Everyone was extremely friendly.

The room was really warm. The air conditioner was working well. The staff did give us a fan which make things a tiny bit better.

The room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast the following morning was very tasty! We'd happily stay again.

The room was amazing - very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had a very spacious shower as well. It was a wonderful place to stay for a honeymoon.

While the room was amazing, I had a negative first impression. We went to the check in counter and there was a large black lab behind the counter who came out and was not on a leash. As someone who does not like to be around unfamiliar animals, this was a very startling experience. My husband had to complete all the check in while I stayed away until someone could come tend to the dog. I recognize this is a pet friendly hotel, but that should not exempt them from city ordinances that say animals must be on a leash or otherwise kept under control by the owner.
