Very comfortable, clean facility in a convenient location. Both staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when the need arose to extend my stay by one night - immediately extended without issues. Thank you.

I had difficulty finding a low-loft pillow among the selection, but everything else was great.

The coffee was really good and so were the bagels.

Needed a bigger breakfast variety. But we had protein everyday.

Staff was friendly, though they had double duty in the morning with tending to breakfast.

There was no elevator. If you are mobility challenged, you will need a room on the first floor.

Things clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast selection and very close to several options for dinner that were within walking distance. Right off highway, so super convenient

I ended up in a handicap accessible room which would have been ok except the hangers are at the level of someone in a wheelchair and my dress I need to hang up was then half on the floor so it ended up wrinkled. I could have gone and asked to switch rooms but I had already unpacked and was too tired to deal with it- so I just stayed in the room :)

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful and courteous.

I'm don't like any sort of continental style breakfasts I like a full breakfast so I go out for breakfast to have pancakes or french toast omelettes and hash browns sausages things like that for more of a variety you can have your own opinion on that but this is my opinion!

Staff made sure we ended up with a very clean room after a slight mishap with giving us an unkept one. The staff gave great meal recommendations for dinner and breakfast was real good. Bed was comfy.

pool didn’t have towels and no one was at the counter to help. had to run across the hotel with my toddler soaking wet and cold

Clean, bed was comfortable. Air conditioner Disney seem to cool the room down. It ended up being 75 in the room. Very hot to sleep

Front desk workers were both WONDERFUL and friendly. Not sure the ladies name but Kenny was in the morning. SO CLEAN!!!!! Wow. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast- got there at 9am.and there was hardly anything left. Had to ask to have more coffee made. Would have been nice to have yogurt or boiled eggs for a choice.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, warm foods as well as grab and go options to choose from.

Seemed that the price quoted on bookings.com didn't match the price we paid.
