It was a good and comfortable stay. I'm glad we chose this place for our stay. We enjoyed our family time we spent there. The staff were so nice and fantastic. They made everything so easy.

In our room 214, there was a huge crack in the mirror. It was a big eye sore to how comfortable and clean the place was. The entrance door to the parking lot (not the main entrance) didn't lock, that raised a little concern about security, but nothing happened. Thankfully. Also not sure if it automatically locks at night or not. Also the hot tub pressure wasn't strong, but overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms were very clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is good there's a good variety, the pool is nice the only thing was the hot tub jets were really weak but thats not a big deal. Overall a really nice place to stay. Staff was very nice!

Pool hot tub jets didn't work very well and was quite nosey per other guests not being respectful but thats not the staffs fault!

The hotel was very clean, newly remodeled or refreshed. The bed was very comfortable! And the softest towels I've ever used at a hotel. There was a nice continental breakfast. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Great location! We would definitely stay again!

The hot tub was not warm and the jets were not working. Typically I would not have noticed, but booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and I was skiing for the first outing of the year.

Should have asked for a handicap-accessible room. That was my fault - not the front desk. Everything went fine.

Amazing price for the entire stay especially in comparison to any other hotels in the area. Friendly staff and helpful and courteous general manager that met every reasonable requests we had. Elevator to assist to 2nd and 3rd floors and close to grocery, dining and convenient stores as well as access to the interstate. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows and linens. I will absolutely book this hotel again any time I have the need for lodging in the area. By far, the best stay out of many travels across the state.

The only disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance, very understandable do to the ongoing rise in covid 19 cases but none the less, a bummer.

Very friendly staff. Made every possible accommodation to make stay pleasant. Look to make sure things exceeded one's expectations. Extremely friendly. I would recommend this place over and over again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The place very clean. The accommodations were met above and beyond duty. Every place that I needed to go to in Wausau etc. was very easy to get to from here. I would recommend highly!

The breakfast was simple, but well-done with a variety one would expect. Coffee was available in the dining room and in our hotel room. There was also a waffle maker, if one wanted one.

The breakfast was awesome, The weather was so nasty we didn't get out and walk around, One thing we noticed was the bathtub was very slippery when wet.

There were ants by the sink. We asked to change rooms which the desk clerk immediately agreed to do for us. He was most apologetic.
