My son enjoyed his breakfast very much. We both enjoyed our dinner. The restaurant workers at dinner were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had fun in the gym and the pool!

My breakfast was a disappointment. I ordered the blue crab eggs Benedict. The crab tasted too sweet, and the eggs were over cooked. The yolks were not runny at all. Very disappointing. I just ate the potatoes after tasting the eggs Benedict. The potatoes were great. I was surprised when our waitress didn't even ask how our meal was or why I didn't eat my main course.

We absolutely loved how clean everything was in the workout room in the pool were clean. We even had to use the laundry room, which was free and easy to access. They were very helpful and kind. We even left some things in the bar and they went through the videos to see who left it, and hunted us down and returned it.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice rooms that are well taken care of by housekeeping staff. Adequate fitness room for vacationers, and the pool, spa, and grounds (grass, plants, parking lot, etc.) we’re very well maintained.

Went to breakfast and we were sat at a table by the hostess, but never approached or spoken to by wait staff for over 10 minutes. We left to eat somewhere else because of the lack of attention.

A very pleasant surprise. Located somewhat off pitch from city centre, but within just a few minutes driving distance from all activities. Room was very comfortable and pleasant and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Good value for money. Nothing negative to write about.

Loved having a restaurant on site and room service available! Whole facility was very nice and we will check the website for other Best Western Premier locations. The handicap accessible room was well done, if a bit far from the elevator.

It would have been really nice to have an eating-height table in the room -- even a small one. It is hard to eat over a coffee table.

Everything about this stay was excellent, convenient, and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, the restaurant was perfect and the room was on point! This was clean, and comfortable, and would stay here again if ever the opportunity presents itself.

It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar remained open a bit longer. This would not prevent me from staying here again as the food and staff were excellent. There is nothing bad here, all good!

The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good and the staff were professional and helpful.

The location was a bit further from central Cody than we had expected.

Patty was a tremendous help. She was very knowledgeable about the area and answered any and all questions I had. Just a great experience with all staff and stay. The motel and restaurant were awesome. On a recent cross-country trip by far the best motel on the trip and Best Motel ever staying at.

Patty at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. We enjoyed having the restaurant / bar downstairs next to the hotel lobby. Everyone in the restaurant was so nice and provided great service. Complimentary coffee available in the lobby and there was a cozy sitting area on the second floor. The room was a lot larger than expected with a decent size balcony. Large bathroom and a large open shower with a cobble stone floor. The hotel / room was very clean and tidy. Easy parking located in the front of the hotel. Very close to the main strip.

Pool was being renovated. Informed just shortly before stay. Some evening staff members gave us weird looks as my family were wearing masks to protect ourselves from possible covid exposure since 2 family members are immune compromised individuals.
