Very helpful staff, one night stop over, clean room well equipped. Near to a number of eating places. Visit the Old Trail Town

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. I found the wi-fi variable but wife was fine on her phone We went to the "world famous" Cody Rodeo - while there is a lot of very skilled horsemanship on display and an exciting event to be seen - however the level of animal cruelty would have the RSPCA in the UK going to court to ban it. If you go accept you might seen an animal killed in front of the crowd.

I had stayed at this property last year, so knew it was nice and a good value for the location. I had checked other properties with similar amenities and they were all more expensive...still this was the most expensive place on the 15 day trip, but location and amenities were good. Breakfast is not included, but vouchers available at front desk, $20.00 per couple, vs $17.95 pp for patrons not staying at hotel. Very good breakfast, buffet with lots of choices. Love walk in showers! Hotels should all offer this feature. Request for ground floor honored.

Beds were nice and room was very clean, but that’s what I’d expect at ANY motel. Linen was nice and towels soft. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of different things not seen on breakfast menus usually. The staff was very friendly. The groundskeepers were very pleasant also. My hubby needed a piece of black electrical tape @nd the guy up on a ladder painting called his supervisor and in 5 minutes we had the tape.

The price of the room set us back nearly $600 for a 2-night stay. Yikes! I realize it’s summer, but this wasn’t anything more than a normal motel room, really! The TV picture didn’t fill up the whole screen.

The hotel is situated in the town with the ease of getting to most of the main shops etc. Staff very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping were effective and did a good job.

The only thing I found a bit limiting was the restaurant mean. Being a bit of a fussy eater doesn’t help the cause !

The check-in staff was amazing. So kind and helpful, the entire hotel staff was great! The breakfast was great with lovely seating.. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Great shower. We'd definitely stay here again.

Maybe have more necessities, like toiletry items if needed. But not a deal breaker at all, there's stores nearby.

Room was nice and clean.

We left a bag in our room. Called several times and left messages for Amanda (housekeeping) and Penny (manager) with no returns calls. Front desk kept saying not their department, leave a message. My husband finally called and and had to be persistent calling several times the same day. Scott finally said he would go check. Unfortunately, he said the bag was not in lost and found. So sad someone couldn’t help us the couple days. This went on for 5 days. This survey would have been a 10 .

The Holiday in was a great place to stay! Perfect location and It had everything we needed and wanted in one place. It was nice and clean, very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I wish the Lounge was open a little later, like 11. We were never back from our daily activities in time to grab a drink.

What I liked about the property was everyone was very friendly . The elevator was very convenient, and I did like the new breakfast buffet they had set up . The house keeper who took care of us went above and beyond and made sure I always had my keurig drinks. Thank you!

What I didn’t like about the property is that they no longer have the restaurant.( I was looking forward to steak for breakfast) however the food was still good. The pool was not “hot” like advertised and informed by front desk staff (Thinking could be bc of the cooler temperatures there) .Also , noticed that under my beds they had not vacuumed appropriately previously . Still enjoyed my stay and will be going back! Thank you

Super friendly staff, great location in town and a solid breakfast buffet. The front desk staff we’re WONDERFUL helping us with directions and activities.

A little dated and worn for the price.

Staff is always nice to talk to. Room are clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is so good. Room is always clean when you get back to your room from a long day at Yellowstone.

None
