Accommodated my dogs, bright area to park my U-haul. I would recommend this place to to people with pets, younger people who want to be close to bars and down town.

my room was by the pool so it was kinda loud when people came and went. the fire alarm was set off by my shower steam. happened late but the front desk lady came quickly to resolve it (sorry to anyone who was rudely awakened). I did book last minute! I was traveling through and wasn’t sure of times I was going to be in a town, so room assignment wasn’t any fault of the hotel. PSA there is road construction downtown right now and you have to drive the back/side roads to get to the motel.

I thought the complimentary breakfast was poor. Maybe you should add a sausage and some bacon that would improve it. The staff were excellent, lots of praise to Dan and Dakota. They helped with several things I asked. Also Dakota managed to check us in early on our return trip to the hotel for one night. Many, many Thanks Dakota. One tiny suggestion, maybe get the printer working in your Business Centre. Useful for printing Boarding passes then. Top job though, would thoroughly recommend.

Nothing, all good. Just thought, the coffee machine in room 235 needs looking at. Doesn’t work.

We were in Sheridan for funeral. I reserved two rooms for us and sisters, then soon realized we needed some special help due to health issues. Dan, the gentleman at front desk did not hesitate a second when I explained our needs,, he arranged rooms that we could access easily. Also ate several meals in the Buttero. The first night we started with a table for four and ended up putting 3 tables together to fit 10 people. Our waiter was friendly and adjusted quickly to the continuing adjustment. (did not get his name) The very nice rooms and the wonderful staff made our stay great.

Nothing about hotel, just the reason we all had to gather.

It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Checking in and out was easy.

One particular wait staff was extremely unprofessional and treating a newer staff highly inappropriately. Berating and comanding him infront of all of the restaurant patrons. She should not be in any type of position let alone leadership. My young children (4 & 6) even asked why she was being mean to our waiter. They young man handled her belittling him with grace and was an exceptional employee. Food was also not very great. It was quite bland. Our room phone did not work but that wasn't a big deal.

Clean, comfortable room. Very helpful staff. An old school downtown stay, in an historic town, in a retro motel that is cool again….fresh air from a grassy private area through patio doors off each room, breakfast in a booth and table restaurant. Simple, good, and easy to recall details of the stay because the location has “personality”.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a giant, blinged-out room with all the latest decor and a giant tv stay somewhere else. There are plenty of outlets for charging devices,a tv, microwave, fridge etc. with traditional “western” furnishings. Not fancy, but we slept well and had a hot-cooked breakfast. The guest ahead of me did appear to pay less for the same room. I don’t think they used a booking app. That was the only bummer.

Really close to downtown Sheridan - 5 to 10min walk. Lots of great cafes, shops, restaurants in town. The pool looked really inviting. I went to the restaurant for dinner one night - steak was good, staff were friendly. Overall, much better than your average BW.

My room was right outside the ice maker - couple of nights I had to go out and stop it continually creating and dumping ice right through the night, making a hell of a noise. Otherwise, no complaints.

Loved the traditional Best Western quality and feel. The desk clerk in late evening, Hannah, was super helpful and friendly. She even came up to the room to program a TV remote. Also, very tasty breakfast. Prime location in downtown Sheridan.

Nothing. Everything was everything I could hope for.

The property was clean and the room was spacious.

Breakfast - the food was great, but there were only 2 staff who knew what they were doing, the others all appeared to be new or unsure. this resulted in quite a wait for service. not very observant or attentive, we had to ask for coffee, ask for water. I appreciate lots of places have staffing problems still, but even if these new people asked if we wanted coffee would be better than standing doing nothing.

Rooms across the street from lobby and check in....had to walk back across the street from room to get supplies for laundry, person checking us in knew there was parking in back of hotel but didn't seem aware that the rooms had doors both off main hallway AND off the parking lot.

The location is perfect for Sheridan, easy to get there by car and easy to walk to the shops.Our room was nice, we enjoyed the pool, the complimentary breakfast was good. Dakota at the reception was great, very helpful when there was some problem at checking in and also later, when we had to extend our stay due to trouble with our rental car. Thanks again, Dakota!
