Great hotel, excellent staff especially azziz who on his way home showed us the most of the places like a guide, very friendly and helpful, the girls behind the desk also very friendly, thanks to shakszorda and Dilnoza who helped with our taxi prices, swimming pool was really nice to, would definitely go der again

They need to put a toaster in the breakfast room, missed having toast 😒

The hotel was clean and looked after good breakfast and pool was great to use not busy. The check in and out was very smooth and quick. The boys and girls on reception were exceptional in arranging taxis the free shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at train station and even let us have a late check out at 2pm. Highly recommend.

It was a great time for me . It was everything I needed and wanted from a hotel and very new, clean and homely. The staff member treated me very well and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here and will definetly return.

I have been three times in bukhara.This hotel has excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection.Location is quite good.The helpfull staff

A great modern hotel with clean rooms and convenient facilities.

.The receptionist Azizbek was really polite and tried to help us with all we asked for .the bed was big and comfortable .there is a bath so you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing

.view and location are super bad at the moment. There are huge construction areas around the building and they start working around 6 in the morning. You can imagine the noice. .the breakfast was terrible. Low quality food, cold... just terrible .we tried to book a taxi to Samerkand and the receptionist tried to convince us to book one for double the standard rate. He said 80$ as the average price is 40$. .the AC is very loud and you can't sleep if it's on, but the room gets super hot so you are just out of options .

They have complimentary airport pickup which is great since we arrived very late at night and the Bukhara airport is very slow to bring the luggage out so it took a long time but the driver who had come to pick us up waited for us and didn't give up When you come out of Bukhara airport, come all the way out as the drivers aren't allowed to come inside the airport and aren't visible when you come out of the main building so you would get bombarded by some taxi drivers who can make their way inside the front of the airport Very helpful check-in staff, very friendly even at midnight and helped us with our bags to our room The floor surrounding the swimming pool is heated so the floor around the swimming pool is very warm. Only the swimming pool itself is cold Lots of fruits and nuts for breakfast which was really nice The girls at the reception, Shakhzoda and Dilnoza, spoke really good English and were very helpful in ordering taxis for us from their own phones since, Yandex, the local Taxi App, did not work on our phones Nice large fridge in the room which we found very useful to keep our melon in while we were staying here. There is a fruit seller at the bottom of the road with really nice melons which we bought every day The lift is very pretty, made of glass There is a roof terrace with great views all the way to the old town. The Hotel is quite famous/popular so all the taxi drivers know it. It costs around 10,000 to 20,000 SOM each way by taxi.

Swimming pool is really nice but it is really cold. I was told, pre-arrival, that the water is at 26C but it definitely wasn't that warm so I couldn't take advantage of the very nice swimming pool The food offerings at breakfast were all cold, even the warm food was cold as they made it and left it there so it was cold by the time anyone wanted to have them They had very few, or looked like very few, guests staying at the hotel so they could have made fresh, warm eggs for those having breakfast. Once they were able to make eggs for us breakfast was OK then as we had something warm for breakfast Their porridge was very very nice but it had sugar already in it so I couldn't have it. Perhaps they can make it without sugar so anyone who wanted sugar can add it at the table The bed is quite hard, which could be good for some, but I found it very hard for me and the pillows weren't soft and fluffy
