Very nice location and the room was quite big with traditional uzbeq decorations. Most of the staff is quite young, but very professional, helpful and english-proficient.

Some improvements in the breakfast are needed - lack of re-stocking during breakfast time: one day at about 9 am some dishes/beverages were already empty and nobody did the refilling (no bread, milk, among others). After requesting, the staff slowly started to refill. But it still deserves a 10.

This hotel is the best we have experienced in Uzbekistan! - the staff is amazing: very welcoming, extremely attentive and speak perfect English. - we stayed in the "inn" property, which is 50m away from the sister property (boutique hotel): the rooms are brand new, very quiet and clean. We could still access the boutique hotel (beautiful wood carvings), including for breakfast. - we used their laundry service too, all good and quick. They let us stay in the living room since we had a late train - which was much appreciated. - strongly recommended when staying in Bukhara!! -

Excellent location, in the narrow quiet streets. Away from the crowds but short walking distance to everything. Peaceful courtyard to have tea and relax. Tea and coffee was always available. Staff was especially friendly and helpful with helping us make onward arrangements. All were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with in English. Much appreciated!

Every thing specially person at the reception named Devor. He was very extremely helpful when I asked him for help specially his knowledge of the Bukhara places of interest. He provided detailed information and guidance to visit all these places which made my time in Bukhara very pleasant and easy. Thank you Devor for all your help.

breakfast was really great! the location in the backstreets is cute and also surprisingly convenient. minzifa inn is really new.

they took some time (about 30+ minutes) to find me less than 20 USD worth of change (and I wasn’t insisting on getting back dollars), despite only accepting cash payments. I know 20 USD is good money in local currency, but even so, this was a bit baffling for a hospitality business.

I had a wonderful stay at Minzifa Inn. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one might need. The location is also great for visiting all of Bukhara's top sights.

The room was extremely beautiful. It was extremely clean. The people are very very helpful and polite. The breakfast (included) was excellent.

The air-conditioning could have been a bit more effective. At times it did not feel like it was on.

A beautiful place to stay in what looked like an ex-madrasa. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with thick towels. Aircon, good wifi. Good breakfast in attractive dining room. Very central.

The breakfast was quiet large and had a lot of food variety. The courtyard is quiet and inviting. The staff went out of their way to care for me when I was sick with stomach issues.
