The ambience and decor was fantastic all across the hotel . The rooms were large and well equipped . Bathroom toiletries were good and towels were fantastic . The sheets on the bed were fantastic . The staff were warm and welcoming . Irada at the lobby level coffee shop was outstanding . The bar on the 7th floor was very good ! The pool was fantastic as well.

After staying 5 nights requested for a late checkout until 4.00 pm was turned down . I needed the room not to rest but to pack up after my shopping on the last day .

Gorgeous hotel and super comfortable. The staff were lovely and kindly let us check in early with kids after an all night flight and they provide the extra bed. Pool was terrific, enjoyable warm temperature, and lovely to enjoy. Kids we're excited about the pool noodles to use. Great location for walking to some major sites, and the hotel helped arrange a driver for reasonable price so that we could spend the afternoon touring Tashkent. Another star is the in-house Georgian restaurant on the property. The food was AMAZING (and so authentic...esp noticeable after having recently traveled in Georgia). Delicious and a real highlight!

Beautiful hotel in city center. We had a suite and it was very comfortable for a family of 4, all modern and new amenities. Amazing breakfast spread. Great indoor pool on the top floor with access to the outdoor terrace. Spa was wonderful as well, Olya ( massage therapist ) was amazing. Overall service and staff were great.

this is one of the world’s best Hyatt hotels. The rooms are enormous and finely decorated, the facilities are beautiful, and the restaurant (Sette) and room service are very high quality. The location is right in the heart of the new city, with Amir Timur Sq and gardens in front (Tashkent is a sprawling city, you will need a taxi to get anywhere).

everything was perfect

The room and food was fine. The main restaurant had some great Uzbek dishes.

The tiles on the outside lanes requires repair. The mens batroom near the Khiva restaurant had foul smell inside. The main entrance could be better planned: I had to walk throug the whole territory to get outside the hotel, the exit being quite away from the city center

the location with very peaceful atmosphere, the hotel decorated very modern and extremely beautiful!

they should hire more people on their entrance, the way that they were welcoming the guests was not suitable for 5 start hotel, there most people to welcoming guests and if they give them any drink it will be great

everything is amazing. the rooms are clean, the restaurants are good. the Khiva restaurant with the local kitchen in bussing. and the one on the 7th floor is also very good. room service is fast as well. the staff is also very nice. everyone is very polite. the hotel organized an excursion for us to Amirsoy mountains. the trip was amazing!

Amazing staff, friendly, helpful, and very courteous towards the guests. The facilities are excellent, nice swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Great breakfast selection with local and international food. Overall a great hotel.

The size of the room was smaller than anticipated and also how it looked in the booking photos. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Everything else is fine except check in policy and check in progress

Check in process should be easier. No matter what time you arrive to hotel The receptionist doesn’t give you key without long registration process payment

Hyatt is an oasis. Very nice rooms, and the pool/spa with terrace / sun beds just outside is just a good place to be either after sightseeing or business.

Nothing. But obviously you have to pay for what you Get ;)
