The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location offers easy access to every place of interest. Breakfast was amazing with incredible variety in everything. Facilities like pool and gym were in a very good level. Finally, the staff was helpful and the reception provided info for everything we needed.

I have prepaid for the room over the website and checked that the money was taken from my account. When arrived to check in my brother at the hotel, the receptionist pretend that the room hasn't been paid and asked my brother to pay when I popped out. Very cheeky. So I suggest everyone to be careful. Pool - OMG, the most awful service ever!!! they never had any crisp, French fries, chicken nuggets, nuts, they always run out of beer, and they didn't not have ice cream for all 5 days we were there. The waiter always made unhappy face when I was ordering something they don't have. So all you get there is awful pizza.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Tashkent around this price point, and the Wyndham is definitely our favorite. While some parts of the hotel are in need of a little sprucing up, this does not detract from what is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The service is excellent. Prior to this visit, we had been to the hotel twice. Several members of the staff recognised us from the previous visits and made a point of thanking us for returning, which made us feel very welcome. In addition, we received a free room upgrade and a welcome basket of fruit and nuts. Previously when we stayed, the hotel was relatively quiet. This weekend there was a major sporting event being held in the hotel conference rooms. Clearly, many of the participants were residents at the hotel; the bar and restaurant area was busy, as was breakfast. The quality of service was not compromised by the addition of the extra guests

The rooms are not as modern as some of the other hotels in Tashkent, though they are clean, comfortable, and a good size.

Central Location, wheelchair accessible, it was very comfortable to meet friends in the cafeteria outside of the building, spacious rooms, good service by staff members, responsiveness. The only place in Tashkent where we were able to find a room with a bathroom, toilet and shower adapted for people with disabilities.

No really big issues, rather recommendations, clean dirty carpets, and plumbing may need repairs, had to reprogram room keys multiple times, Overall it did not affect our impression of the hotel.

Outdoor pool was very clean, along with the majority of the hotel. The bathroom was very big and the staff were very helpful. Also, having an ATM in reception is very useful as Tashkent for many will be the first port of call. In all, a good hotel. One big highlight was the ENORMOUS breakfast options, one of the best I've ever had. Very impressive and very tasty with local dishes. Location also very good, 10 mins walk to Amir Temur square and the metro stop there.

Perhaps the pictures are a bit deceptive and the hotel isn't as modern as it looks. Some small things that need improving: general decor in the room as it is dated, the bed mattresses were so hard and for me, uncomfortable, and the room we had was a bit small but workable. A small, trivial complaint: the revolving door had to be the fastest in the world, you can't have a suitcase and two people in there. Maybe slow it down.

Breakfast: The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Room: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Location: The hotel's location was convenient and central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Service: The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Their English is good which is quite useful for me as i don't know Uzbek and Russian languages at all. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings and exploring city. Facilities: The hotel had impressive facilities, such as a gym, swimming pool, and spa, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The stay was excellent. I booked for two nights and came back for another two towards the end of our trip, and the staff already prepared all documents for check- in. The room was perfect, and there was water, fruits and chocolate as a welcome. I got upgraded for one night, which was not expected. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. Some friends stayed in Hyatt at the same time, but I recommend the Wyndham.

There were so many positives about this hotel. The location is great, opposite some lovely parkland and just a short walk into the centre of town. The level of customer care was excellent, every member of staff that we encountered made us feel special. The room was a good size and very comfortable, the bed was lovely. There is a well equipped gym and a big indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was great with a good choice selection. I particularly liked the croissants ! We also ate In the bar/ restaurant. The food was good, reasonably priced and the ambience was cozy.

The hotel is a little dated, and could probably do with sprucing up a little. Also, it costs more to buy the red wine by the bottle than by the glass, quite a lot more!

The hotel lives up to its brand as one of the best in the city in terms of the level, quality and variety of food for breakfast. Liked the staff at the reception. Very responsive and polite. Special thanks to Bekzod with check-in and late check-out from the hotel. The room is clean with comfortable furniture and it has good insulation. The internet works well. The hotel is located in the center of Tashkent. It has a good GYM with a large indoor swiming pool. There is an outdoor one as well, but I did not have a chance to use it. In my opinion, this hotel stands out well from four other hotels including Panarams, Hampton by Hilton and City Palace I had experience to stay early on the trip.
