It’s super modern, clean, with great facilities. While it is a little out of town it is right by a metro stop. The hotel overlooks a lake, and is by Japanese garden and the exhibition center. There is a great gym, indoor pool, and spa. Breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are a good size, comfortable, and well appointed. The bed was great, we both slept really well.

It’s cold! I have stayed twice recently and while the room was lovely and warm, the common areas, including the bar have been really, really cold, to the extent that you have to wear outdoor clothes. While service is faultless in the majority of the hotel, it is appalling in the bar. The bar staff just seem to hide in the room behind the bar and are not available to take your order or provide the bill. Given the obvious quality in the rest of the hotel, it’s a shame that the bar lets the side down

Excellent location to visit the Exhibition center. Hotel situated just in front of the Exhibition Center. Good fitness and SPA center. Breakfast started early morning and it is very convenient to early morning flights. Breakfast is very good, very wide verity of food staff, both: European and local tradition cousin. Small problem - very often meal which must be hot was cold. So, staff has to be more careful with it. Room is big and comfortable, equipped with good working place. Large bed with excellent mattress and pillows. Staff is very good: professional, polite and helpful.

Coffee at breakfast is not good at all. It would be much better to get a good coffee machine and use high quality coffee! In the SPA center, the steam room is finished with plastic, which is not a very good solution and gives bad steam with a bad smell. For a hotel of this level, it would be better to equip the steam room with traditional materials: marble, stone ...

Easily accessible. Metro right outside. Everything works and the services are as they should be in a hotel of this level. The lobby is spacious with lots of quiet sofa groups for conversations. The room is clean and everything is in order and in place.

A little old interior. There are no places to sit outside, not even in front of the main entrance. Breakfast could have more local fruits and especially berries on offer. Making a delicious omelet shouldn't be difficult.

A wonderful international standard hotel in Tashkent. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Our standard room was a good size and well appointed with a view over a lake. Breakfast was excellent, the service was exemplary. The location is good , the hotel is near parkland for walking but also 2 minutes away from a metro station. We particularly enjoyed the modern gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room

Thé only negative was that apart from the pool and spa area, the hotel was cold. When I queried why so cold we were told that the hotel was not yet ready for winter !

The hotel was exceptional. Polite, helpful and efficient staff in all areas - reception, housekeeping, restaurants. Most spoke good or reasonable English. The room was of good size with good a/c, TV with lots of channels, fast wi-fi, great bathroom, comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board, and all the little extras like slippers and dressing gown. There is a good choice at breakfast, all fresh and very nice quality, in a spacious and comfortable restaurant. Location of the hotel is great, right next to Bodomzor metro station, and close to TV Tower.

All good, can't think of anything negative.

hotel sometimes need to be refreshed, but in summery it is totally fine. also please increase internet connection speed to 10-15 Mb/s, i understand that you have many rooms, but 10-15 Mb/s is better than 7 Mb/s. beside this 7Mb/s is enough for work with full HD resolution on remote server, but for 4k would not be enough.

Breakfast was good but much more as a standard format foods. I expect to see traditional foods. The waiters in Breakfast room are not well trained, they deal with guests like enemies. No smile at all.

Except Mr.Ganadi at security who was exceptionally great person and few young ladies and boys at reception the rest employees are always angry and in a fight position. They need a lot of training.

Breakfast buffet was really good. People at the reception and guest service are simple excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, good view to the garden, quiet room

Just a short hint: breakfast should offer more sugar free cereals. muesli....

The room was really comfortable and the staff is super helpful. There's a huge variety of breakfast.

You cannot reach anything without a car, although this is true for Tashkent in general, so you need to calculate with that while planning your stay.

Everything is fine! changed all the sports equipment, the fitness club has an excellent repair. It is nice that the hotel management responds to the wishes of the guests
