Customer service was excellent. Place was safe, quiet, had its own beach walking distance to Marble Mountain. Only been to the pool once but should have didn’t more time there. Room was large, clean and nice. We booked an ocean facing room, there was a small balcony and we could listen to sound of the waves (sometimes fishing boats at night) and woke up with sun shining onto our bed

Our room was at the end of the hotel and is a very long walk from hotel lobby. There are no amenities around the hotel and we had to grab to town centre for food and massage. Grab was not expensive and never took more than a minute to get one

There was basically nothing to fault. I think April is off peak season as there wasn't much people around and at times, we basically have the pool to ourselves! The room were fantastic, all facilities such as gym and pool were great. Food and drinks were great too!!

The resort is stunning, with beautiful gardens, three different pool areas and a pristine private beach. It has a lovely, calm feel. The staff was exceptional, extremely helpful and always at your service. The food in all of the resort restaurants was delicious, however our absolute favourite was the breakfast buffet. The choice was incredible, from amazing French pastries and breads, to Western style cooked dishes like bacon, baked beans, eggs cooked to order, waffles and pancakes, to an array of Asian hot and cold foods, fresh fruits, juices, smoothies and iced or hot coffees.

The room was very generously sized, but if you looked closely there were signs of tear and wear showing - for example our wooden door to the room had a split in it and the toilet seat and bathtub showed marks. House keeping came daily and always provided fresh towels and toiletries, however it was not always absolutely sparkling clean. Sometimes the floor was not swept and you could see dust in places. The only other thing we thought that could have improved our stay was if there had been a resort shop. The resort is not near any shops at all, so it would have been nice to have the opportunity to purchase sunscreen, , souvenirs, books etc on the premises. These are minor details though and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

The moment you walk into the foyer, you feel relaxed, and just know you chose the right hotel. The hotel is located a short taxi ride away from Da Nang, and right opposite Marble Mountain. So close you can walk it in about 10 minutes. Rooms clean and modern, gardens manicured and well maintained. There is a choice of pools, which are the perfect temperature. The staff can't do enough for you, and are attentive and charming.

Inroom dining services were slow and the staff did not understand basic needs .Staff directly involved with taking orders should understand common english little more. Had an unpleasant experience on checkout as the guest standing in front of me was being rude and impolite for not maintaining social distance ??? which clearly was good enough according to me Your staff did not intervene at all even though the person was being rude for no reason.It felt to me like being accused and the person being a racist.

Breakfast was great (actually, really good), pools, the grounds and day beds were very nice. Not too many so you don’t feel over crowded.

We had an issue with visas and had to postpone our stay by two days. We tried to contact the Marriot by phone to arrange this and they are completely incontactable. We were shocked. How can you not call a five star hotel? The concierge never responded to my emails trying to get details of reception and phone number online and on this platform was never answered. Was incredibly frustrating.

Beautiful hotel, a little dated but still very high quality furniture & fixtures. Plenty of space around the swimming pools and the beach is clean with a lifeguard on duty. Quite often we had the beach to ourselves. Buffet breakfast was good,but could be improved with some variation. We stayed for 8 days, same food every day. We stayed in a deluxe ocean view room, very spacious with balcony and huge double sink bathroom. Room and linen was spotless. Staff service from all departments was excellent. Spa treatments were luxuriuous and so relaxing. Gardens and pool area well maintanined and peaceful. Staff at pool bar could perhaps venture out and offer menus to guests around pool and on beach lounges, be more visible. Small detail though. Overall, great place to unwind around pool & beach but close enough to the main hub to call a Grab (Uber) and check out the restaurants and bars down the road.

We booked an ocean view deluxe room but could not see the ocean. Completely blocked by palm trees (3rd floor) and were overlooking children's play area instead. Not happy about that.

The breakfast was really extensive.

The kids club was just a big room with old toys. The staff were friendly but didn’t initiate playing with my child or creating games. Would have been better with more activities. You could pay for painting but this should have been included. Overall the kids club was a little boring.

The gym facility was great, well equipped however could do with a brand which represent the status of the hotel, Technogym. Everything else in the entire resort was perfect - from the staff service, to the breakfast spread to the room and grounds. Will definitely recommend the DMRS to others seeking similar objectives with their holidays.

The TV seems to be on the blitz, with the WiFi access being lost several times during our stay - but all else was good.

Wonderful resort with incredible pool and gardens. We loved the very spacious rooms with incredible views of ocean. The staff were amazing in every interaction.

The only downside for us during our stay was that only one pool was open and only one restaurant was open due to maintenance and upgrades. This was disappointing - as we paid normal room rate. I think we would have been grateful if Marriott had advised us of this prior to our stay so we could make an informed decision.
