We had read lots of reviews about wear and tear in the hotel but it was fantastic. The bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated and we're very clean. The ocean view room we were in had a brilliant view with a large balcony and was clean and spacious. Maybe the lamps were a bit rusty. The resort is massive with cute hammocks spotted around the gardens. The beach is clean and adjacent to the resort. Good breakfast.

Given the location is a little away from everything (though easily accessible by grab), there definitely should be more diversity in the food offered. They have one indian restaurant and one world restaurant, but the bars on the beach were closed. Would be nice to have them open where you can have a drink or coffee on the beach and chill.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The beach was very wide, spacious and clean. Although the sea was quite wavy in most days, it was nice to enjoy the sun on the beach. The pool was nice, they clean it constantly. The whole resort is really peaceful. Even though it’s busy, you hardly see other people walking around. They offer free breakfast; it is okay even though they kept messing up our eggs lol. The hotel is quite close to both Danang and Hoian so it is easy to commute to either. They also kindly upgraded our room because we were in our honeymoon. I’m quite happy with the stay and I’d definitely come back here if I am to be back ever.

If I am really looking for a flaw, I’d say it was challenging to get big bottles of cold water. They didn’t have enough in the pool bar. I’d also say that the prices in the pool bar are a little bit more expensive than the main restaurant even if you order the same thing.

Staff was helpful, right on the beach and close to Danang city and Hoi An.

First of all, I texted the hotel a couple of times about gluten free options….. there was no response. So….There were no gluten free options in the menu,but a salad, which was ok for me as I’m a vegetarian. But it would have been nice to take the time to type a two word text.And the other thing is, there is no way you can swim on the beach because of the currents .

The location is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle of the city but still be able to reach it in 15min. It's worth exploring the restaurants outside the hotel. The hotel itself is a perfect gateway for families with a lovely outdoor play area and many swings.

Every order took a really long time to arrive. It's better to order food, get back to the pool, and return to your table 30 minutes later.

The breakfast was ok. It was in a great area. The room was right by the beach and our room was a good size. I liked the check in process where they allow you to sit down and the bring you a beverage. I also appreciate being helped to our room in a cart and the bellman assistance with luggage.

The room had a little musty smell and the shower/tub was very awkward and somewhat unsafe to get into. I didn’t like that the big glass door had no screen, would have left the door open all night had there been a screen. I would have given the staff full credit but when I called to ask for assistance with my luggage to check out I was told that the bellman was too busy when she could have said the bellman will be a few minutes since it was busy.

As others have commented, the staff are super friendly and helpful. That includes every one that we had contact with, not just a few.

Not a deal breaker or anything, but this resort (and many others) could spend a little bit of money to install additional towel bars and/or hooks in the bathroom to allow hanging towels and wet swimming suits, etc. The resort has obviously been around a while, and looks it. But overall, we were happy with our stay, and would return here.

The resort is situation right on the beach. It is a huge property with stunning gardens and premises in general. The room was pleasant with an ocean view, a comfortable balcony from which you could watch the waves roll in and have a cocktail. The food was quite good and the included breakfast was excellent.

Because the main resort building was so large, it was sometimes necessary to wait a few minutes for service, but otherwise, all was great.

Lovely old style resort. Beautiful gardens with beach access. Great staff. Loved the open dining area. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Very close to marble Mountain. I really like that it wasn't the standard multi-national hotel that you find anywhere in the world

Resort is a little bit dated but is still lovely. As it's slightly out of Da Nang there aren't many restaurants within walking distance
