The room is modern and clean. Restroom and shower are separated. The bed was huge and comfortable, but on the firmer side - so if you enjoy softer matrasses then it may be too firm for you. Room had huge window and a lot of natural light. Room had all required amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very good - close to the sea, many restaurants, cafes around. Easy to catch a Grab driver as there are many of them around. No ongoing constructions - or at least I haven't noticed as it was quiet around. Probably had a best sleep so far.

Really good budget hotel, well located for bars, restaurants and not too far from the beach. The room was spacious, the shower was really strong and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The receptionist Miah was excellent, and the star of the show she helped us with anything and everything, and nothing was too much trouble.

We mentioned the need for sockets near the work station to power a laptop, but apart from that, it was a good solid option and would go there again.

Best thing about Jolia hotel is the friendly and helpful staff with amazing communication. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. Rooftop pool is small but decent and has a very basic outdoor gym on the terrace. Great location next to a lovely modern coffee shop called Homnay, only 5 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast could have been better. Some days there was only one option of noodles, some days the buffet was available. Food was pretty average but for the price, you can’t complain too much! Suggestion for the food to be covered whilst being laid out all morning to avoid flies.

Hotel in an excellent location - 7 minutes walk from the sea, around many restaurants, spa services and laundry services. We got a room on the highest floor. A nice and large room with a comfortable bed, 2 small chairs, a desk, a small safe and a closet. The bathroom and toilet are large and comfortable. The wifi works well. A simple hotel with cleaning services every day. The value is equal to the price of the hotel.

There is no good soundproofing so we heard people coming in or out of the rooms, talking in the corridor as if they were inside our room.

I stayed here twice over 10 days. The location is superb, a stone’s throw from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, spas and laundries. Not too close to construction sites which are everywhere in Danang. Rooms and facilities were amazing value for money, and the daily housekeeping was great. The stars of the stay were the reception staff who were very generous with information and recommendations.

Lower floor room was quite noisy from a rowdy late night bar across the road. Moving to a higher floor fixed the problem nicely.

This is our second stay at Jolia. We had a different type of room this year but it was just as big, clean and comfortable. Great shower and the biggest comfy bed we've ever had anywhere! A well thought out room with well placed mirrors and sockets. Good location with the beach, bars and restraunts close by. The staff were the highlight. Anna was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. And a HUGE thank you to Huong for looking after us during our stay. We were her first customers on her first shift at the hotel! She was so lovely, super helpful, always cheerful, and sharing her knowledge of places to visit and the local food. Both Huong and Anna always made time to have a chat when we were passing through the lobby, which made the hotel feel like a home. We will be back!

Although breakfast was included in the price, the kitchen is closed so it's not available. The buffet last year was really good so we missed it. But the staff helped us out with alternatives (thanks again Huong!) There are plenty of places nearby that do breakfasts. booking.com should make it clear. However, it wouldn't put me off coming back!

The staff were fantastic, super friendly, and genuinely pleased to help! Great location, so close to so many great little cafes etc Good water pressure for nice hot showers. Felt really safe! Really good value fro money at the end of the day!

The roof top pool and gym area is pretty shabby and could easily be improved. The hotel is getting quite run down, and thread bare but good quality fittings etc. Sheets and towels need replacing and/ or upgrading.

The location of this hotel is perfect, close to beach and many many good restaurants. The staff is also really friendly and available for you all the time. The room was also really clean. Recommended to all fellow travellers.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the hot water in toilet as it had some specific timings for it. For example, you cannot take hot shower in certain times since hotel said the hot water only runs in XX number of hours.

Highly recommend, I wanted to extend my stay but they were full. I looked at so many hotels I forgot which ones included breakfast and assumed this one did! So when I rolled into the dining room, the lovely staff informed me my room did not include breakfast. Whoops! However, she said "no problem" and brought me an amazing local pork soup and said to have as much coffee as I liked. Nice peaceful pool, comfortable bed, and outlets/light switches near the bed. And a great price. And lovely staff.
