First of all, the location is perfect. Its directly on the beach front with beautiful views. The room itself is just as the pictures suggest where everything lived up to our high expectations. Furthermore the staff really made the visit special, they went above and beyond for us at every occasion making the experience truly 5 star. I came with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday and had let the staff know in a message just to be cheeky and see if they'd do anything for it. They absolutely did. At the check-in desk, they wished her a happy birthday and upgraded our room to a full ocean view which was amazing. On her birthday the following day they came to our room (at a time they had arranged with me) to bring her a birthday cake which I will add a photo of. It's a little detail, but it really topped off the experience for us. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was a vast buffet with countless choices (and changed options each day), and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lot of fun. 10/10 experience and at a great price. When choosing which fancy hotel to stay with in the area, we felt there were a lot of choices that look similar on paper. If you're in the same position, then choose this hotel. We had a great time, and so will you.

Friendly and quick check in. Offered complimentary return to airport and room upgrade with sea view. Beautiful and spacious room with bath and comfortable bed. Breakfast included and offered a variety of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was very good (tried room service and dinner at sky roof bar and cafe-again very friendly staff, a young man called Sang in particular). The pool area is wonderful for relaxation with a beautiful view. The spa is very good and reasonably priced. Access to the beach is just across street.

Not much to dislike. It would have been even more convenient if the hotel could have offered day trips e.g. to Da Nang city centre or further afield like Hoi An. However, they were happy to arrange taxi e.g. taking us to Hoi Ann and back.

This is a 5-star hotel with an affordable price, very well located in front of the beach in Da Nang. We took the family room, which was big enough, comfortable, clean and had e nice ocean view! We had a complimentary tea at the pool upon arrival, which was very nice and tasty. The pool, by the way, is fantastic, with an ocean view, warm water and great for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, full of great options and also the restaurant for dinner and lunch offered great food! We were very please with that place, since the location allowed us to enjoy the beach and the costal sidewalk during the day and night, always feeling safe and happy to be there!

Minor things: Little disappointing guests need to pay for snooker albeit only 150k dong for an hour Our bed in the room was comfortable but was very squeaky and felt lacking in cushioning of mattress. Chair at desk was also very squeaky and needs repaired Struggled to get English on TV and work out the channels in general

Perfect location. Fantastic view. We visited the spa every day. The beach is just across the street. Nice and clean sandy beach We body surfed. Sunbed and parasoll for hire. Nice walk on the not so lively beach. We spent 6 days at this hotel. The breakfast has lots of "European options as well" Very friendly staff. Vietnam is a lot of value for money. Clean hotel and we had an ocean front room on 22nd floor

Somewhat more options of equipment in the gym. The, not so heated, pool is covered by a roof to 80%.

It was a short break. The staff were lovely and really helpful with all manner of things. Room was comfy enough and good size. The shuttle back to the airport was a pleasant surprise. Beach is across the road and there is a pool on 6th floor. Nice. Sky Bar looks nice, although we did not manage to grab a drink there. As for Da Nang if you are visiting for tourist reasons make sure you go Hoi An. The taxi ride from the airport was around 120,000 dong and took 20 minutes.

Hotel at the moment caters for visitors from the region. This is reflected in the cuisine - especially breakfast. Curry and noodles may not be to everyone's taste early in the morning. The patisserie section could be much improved. But that is detail for the future perhaps. The hotel is surrounded by many other hotels... not sure what the difference may be - but Rosamia is really good - don't look further.

We reached late around 11:30 at night, check-in was smooth. We requested for a late check-out and our request was immediately honoured at reception desk. My daughter kept one finger ring inside pocket and forgot, it was returned from the Laudry without any damage to it. Sea view room , pool, general behaviour of staff, food, wine - all are appreciated; Only exception was their front desk supervisor's (on duty at around 16:00 hrs on 31/05/2023)rude behaviour and untoward financial claims during check-out.

During check-out, Jason, the front desk supervisor pointed finger on us, he not only behaved rudely but also his disrespectful gestures were unacceptable. Without any prior knowledge of what has been our check-out note he went on and on arguing for extra money. This unworthy guy is evidently incompetent & his behaviour is detrimental to any hotel operator for sure. No customer will accept it after paying for their stay. When we asked for the General Manager to come and meet us at front desk other staffs at reception desk managed the situation and things went all well as the supervisor finally disappeared from the front desk.

Everything!!! everything in the hotel was so special, that you really think that personal do everything JUST FOR U! the location was good for us, as we've rent a bike. beach was small, but very comfortable. i would like to point how great was breakfast in the morning, venue itself and personal

We stayed here 8days. Staff were so friendly and location were great. Wiev from the window was beautiful! Hotel room and size was good but it can be improved and make it more modern... enjoyed Buffet breakfast Roof top bar were amazing! I loved swimming in the pool. It was a bit chill at firts but it was still great on a sunny day...

Some days- not busy days- buffet werent functional so only breakfeast ordered from the same menu...not so many options in that menu. So if you staying long time and on quite season you may find breakfast is boring after certain time if they often offering the breakfast from the menu.

Very close to the beach. The crosswalk is right opposite the hotel, so it's never been stressful for my parents to cross the road. The breakfast options were exceptionally good. The staff and the service in general were excellent. Communication from the reception was efficient.
