We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, just about 400 meters from the beautiful beach, and there are charming little restaurants nearby that offer delicious local cuisine. What truly stood out for me was the exceptional service from the staff. The hotel manager went above and beyond to assist us when we faced issues with our Visa and arrived late in Da Nang. He kindly offered us a taxi, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Da Nang. I can't wait to return!

Amazing Location, Check in was great. Because of an night bus from Ha Long Bay we arrived quite early. It was no problem to leave our bags at the reception and they managed to clean the room as quick as possible. We could already check in at 12:45. Room was spacious and super clean. Cleaning was daily and very good. The distance to the beach is just 400 meters and you can take towels and a beach bag provided by the hotel. Overall very happy with our stay and a great plus to the amazing stay is that Da Nang is an amazing city and our 4 days here are unforgettable.

The breakfast wasn't amazing. Thats the only downside to our stay.

Room was perfect, plenty of space, nice bathroom - The room was very clean, tidy and well equipped...the staff were very polite and extremely helpful for our entire stay - giving recommendations and helpful information about surrounding amenities. I could not be more thankful to the guys on reception who were always friendly and made our stay amazing.

I think the rooms could do with a little more soundproofing - We could hear the pool water circulation and if anyone was talking throughout the hotel, we could hear it from our room - not only the hallway but down in reception also. This is my only issue throughout our stay :)

This hotel is a gem. We loved the green plants everywhere. They even use the rooftop as nursery. They are so serious about their plants. Hotel design is modern and tasteful. The pool looks lovely and of decent size. The room is bright. Sound proofing is amazingly good even though we have the balcony facing the road. The kitchen is a plus and a good size for cooking if one wishes to do so. The main part of the beach is minutes away. I didn't give 10/10 to the location only because it is not ON the beach. Staff speaks good English which is not necessarily always true in Vietnam so it was great. We stayed in a family room and got 1 King size and 1 queen size bed. Very comfy.

The friendliest hotel I've experienced in Vietnam. The room was clean and pretty. The surroundings of the hotel are somewhat cluttered, but the lodging satisfied me. The local restaurants recommended by the hotel satisfied me. To the east, My Khe Beach is also within walking distance. To the south, you can walk to Phuoc My Market. If I visit Da Nang again, I will stay at this hotel again. see you guys again then

The staffs are amazing! The room has everything you need for holiday or staycation. Although the additional water bottle in the fridge is for purchase, but compare the other hotel which charge unreasonably high, the price is pretty acceptable. There is also a mart nearby, you'll find anything you need. The room and hotel are just as stunning as the photo, the bed is very comfortable (not too soft, which preferred), I had my best sleep during the two weeks trip here.

Because of the location, we were right in where the locals stayed. We loved that. Authentic Vietnamese coffee and food on every street and corner. Exceptional Bahn mi from the lady on the billiard hall corner opposite the park, left out the front of the Villa. Juice stand nearby also awesome. Coffee one street toward the beach and one block North was our favourite. We loved it here. Beach is a short walk. Not crowded (unless you go at 5am!!) With clean, clear water. Sensational.

Just a couple more utensils in the kitchenette, but really minor issue. Nothing else. Food was so cheap why would you cook anyway?

I was beyond impressed with this hotel. The staff were super lovely and helpful, check in and check out was seamless and they also assisted in booking activities and providing recommendations. The rooms were divine!! How is this only a 2-star hotel?! That’s wild to me. The rooms were very modern, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. My stay was so comfortable and lovely and I would go out of my way to advise anyone looking to stay in Da Nang to book this gem of a hotel.

It would have been really nice if the hotel offered breakfast. But many food options were right on the doorsteps so I understand why it’s not needed/feasible.

This is our second stay at Ponte Boutique Hotel, in a room with balcony facing the pool. The hotel is absolutely stunning, beautiful swimming pool and plants with spacious rooms, modern facilities, strong shower/ air-con, everything you expect in a high end hotel. The staff is really friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us book transportation for our stay in Da Nang, including day trips to Hue, Hoi An, My Son, and Ba Na, and give amazing recommendations based on our preference and the length of our stay. They are available on messaging as well in case we need anything during our trip and gave excellent food recommendations. We had an incredible stay in Da Nang at Ponte and will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Da Nang.

The balcony looks out into the pool which is a beautiful view, however the chairs on the balcony are a little tough (although the pillows help).

Ponte provided an exceptional hotel experience in our Vietnam trip. Everything was perfect during our stay. The room was very modern, extremely clean and spacious (it felt like a studio apartment). The room itself and the hotel building are beautifully designed, surrounded by lots of greens. There’s also a swimming pool for us to chill in. Everything looked exactly like in the pictures. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They arranged an early check-in for us which was super helpful.
