Noise, even we were staying on the 14th floor, we can hear lots of noise from the beach club and traffic (non stop horns). Again we had the same problem in massage rooms which should be tranquil atmosphere

Life takes alot of time to come on floor

An excellent property in a really good location. Amazing attentive staff, particularly Turc and Dang. Made our honeymoon stay special. Breakfast amazing, huge selection. The pool / bar view, breath taking.

Genuinely, a fantastic stay at exceptional price range.

All the staff there were excellent. so helpful and friendly. We also loved the infinity pool looking to the sea and mountains.

The family room was large and have a nice view of the sea, however there is a beach club that plays loud music till midnight every night so we won’t able to get any proper sleep. All but one of the gym equipment was not working.

Highly recommend this hotel. My mum left her phone on the plane, but the hotel staff managed to track it down with the airline, this would be hard if you don't speak the local language, but the hotel staff handled this quickly and we were able to confirm the airline had it within 30mins which was very reassuring.

the shower is a bit slippery. on the pool level, there powerpoints they use for fans infront of the bar which has ALOT of water around there. I grabbed some towels to keep the water away but hotel really needs to do something about this. They also asked us to get out of the pool at the slightest drop of rain.

The AC in our room did not work properly but hotel provided us with dehumidifier and aroma lamp. Laundry service, massages, food and other services provided by the hotel are ridiculously expensive, for example 50 minute massage costs around 1 000 000 VND or more, laundry service is not per kilo but per item so we didn’t use their service. Location of the hotel is good but lower (southern) part of My Khe and town is nicer in my opinion.

Everything was great basically. We had a fantastic vacation in Danang. The hotel is well-located, though it's not in the city center, the dining options around are limited, but it's easy to reach by taxi (around 10-15 mins) to and from the city center. The view is amazing, even with the partial sea view room. Room is clean and tidy. Elevator needs keycard to acess which is great. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options, both local, Asian, and western. The restaurant is wonderful with several vegetarian options. The highlight for me would be the spa. We had a complimentary sauna for >3 nights of stay and I booked the massages twice - amazing experiences, very professional and of great quality. The massage rooms are sea front, which is another plus. So in general it's really great for a relaxing vacation with family or friends or partner. The price for the room and other activities and services in the hotel is very reasonable.

Nothing much. If I have to pick, I'd say the room is a bit small for a high-end hotel in southeast Asia. And the rooftop bar is right beside the pool, which can be a bit messy when it's busy.

The hotel is quite new and the facilities are nice. The cleanliness is PERFECT. The pool is very pleasant and with a superb view!

Customer care not great but overall nice place. The first day after breakfast I couldn't enter the room because the lock on the door was stuck. I waited 1 hour until the team managed to undress and send the technical team to fix the problem. They didn't even say sorry, they didn't do anything and they weren't interested. Surprise, the next day morning again the lock gets blocked and again we wait an hour to be able to enter the room then the manager, without knowing English or customer relations, told us from the reception that she hope it won't happen again...

We only stayed one night in Da Nang but the Radisson hotel was perfectly good. Our room was on the smaller side but really nice. The staff were super helpful with our travel arrangements. They booked us a Taxi driver who took us on a great tour over the Hai Van pass - well worth it if you're heading north and have the time. The rooftop bar has stunning views even if the pool looked a little small. The beach is huge and seems to be the main attraction in Da Nang. There's not that much else to do, and not much else near the hotel, but Taxis are cheap and easy to book on Grab to go to more lively areas.

Vegan options at breakfast could be better but this was pretty much on par with other hotels in Vietnam.
