Best hotel I’ve stayed in in SE Asia. After 7 weeks travelling, I landed in Da Nang and decided on Voco as a ‘treat’ for my final night - I was not disappointed . Voco is a true international 5* standard hotel. Highlights; Service - staff could not do enough to help. From early check in, to an upgrade to a corner upper floor room, to helping advise me on local sights. They really made the stay magical - special shout out to Peter, he is a credit to the hotel. Room - AMAZING - panoramic views of Da nang beach, beautifully appointed. Absolute 5* in every sense. Facilities - epic pool and terrace on level 26, best breakfast I’ve experienced in Asia (with a super friendly Italian head chef), and cocktails worthy of a 5* venue! Gym LOOKED amazing and again had views to die for - but I didn’t indulge in an actual work out.

The hotel was clean and modern and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool was picturesque but there were a number of very sharp tiles we had to be careful of and the pool deck was very slippery causing our 6 year old to fall several times despite not running. Thankfully she was ok! The food at the rooftop was delicious - more expensive than other parts of Vietnam but we did pay for quality. Ana a family with one wheelchair user we were grateful for the accessible family room - only challenge was getting an appropriate shower chair. Once they understood what we needed it was great

We spent five nights at this beautiful hotel and couldnt be happier! + Fantastic location right by the beach, sunbeds (not owned by the hotel) are available for only 40.000 VND/day + The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the assistant to the general manager went out of her way to accomodate us + Rooms were super cosy and spacious + Breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of variety + The rooftop pool was beautiful + lunch and dinner at Ciela rooftop bar was fabulous as well + beautiful & well equipped gym + numerous nice restaurants in the area + very affordable laundry service right around the corner of the hotel

We had the pleasure of staying at the Voco ma belle hotel. The hotel's facilities are simply top-notch. The pool and the view of the beach are truly incredible. We had the pleasure of chatting with the hotel's staff - a great team! Linh was able to answer all our transport queries in excellent French. We also met Henry, who made us feel so welcome. Henry is a very kind person, and gave us all the advice we needed to make our stay in Da Nang as pleasant as possible. He even took the time to recommend some really nice places for our next destinations. We were able to communicate with Henry in Vietnamese, English and French! So don't worry, if you need anything Henry will be there for you!

+do not worry hotel has small quantities of reviews: it exists and it’s the real cool (first beach line, big and new) +it’s not necessary to worry about beach towels, hotel can provide you with them (clean and in good condition) +same with hairdryer-good for long hair +don’t mind if you receive city view, it’s breathtaking +breakfast can satisfy anyone: wide variety of eggs, Vietnamese food, spring rolls, meat, veggies, fruits

Best thing about my stay at voco Ma Belle was the staff. They were professional, friendly and extremely helpful about everything. Definitely exemplified IHG service standards (and it's always a good sign when you see management staff walking around checking on things and greeting guests). They made our stay so enjoyable that we missed voco Ma Belle when we moved to other resorts. Location of the hotel was very good. Easy access to everything. Also loved the rooftop infinity pool. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, although seem to cater towards Korean tourists (understandable but would have preferred more Vietnamese food options). Overall an excellent hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Da Nang.

The location is the best. So perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious. Our rooms were facing the beach and it’s so beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed every moment staying in this hotel. I mentioned to the front desk staff by the name Jaden that we are here on holiday to celebrate my daughters’ graduation and he sent a surprise cake to their room. It was such a lovely gesture and my daughters loved it.

Was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping.

The location is awesome. The hotel is in front of a beach. Many local people gather in the beach in the morning and at night. The facilities are all very new, and the room was very comfortable. The staffs are all kind and friendly.

Perhaps, some people feel that the place is a bit noisy at night because of music played in the beach. You can use ear plugs to cancel the noise, though.

Hotel is beach front with restaurants and convenient store nearby. It’s a family friendly and we had the room with bunk beds for the kids. Room and bathroom are spacious and mattresses and blankets are super comfortable. Infinity pool on rooftop is a bonus. Breakfast is great and staffs were super friendly. Love the Vietnamese coffee they serve at breakfast.

It didn’t bother me but just to note that there is a beach club across from the hotel. Music can be heard a little bit with the windows closed. But then again, on the positive side, it adds to the vibe of the city. Also, they could be a little bit more organized. We were a family of 4 (obviously with bunk beds) but everyday after room make up, we only got 2 towels and 2 water bottles, so we had to call housekeeping everyday to bring more, which they did instantly.

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are very clean & comfortable. The location is great.

The gym facilities requires more equipment for weights and body building. The hotel needs to consider shuttle bus services for guests. Also the breakfast buffets needs to have more Vietnamese dishes, only 2 noodles options is very limited for guests to experience the Vietnamese culinary.
