everyone was very friendly. staff were extremely helpful and kind. had great English. breakfast was very good. pool was beautiful. would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nice, when i was booking, i didn't believe the photos since it was a 3 star hotel. But after seeing with my own eyes, the design, furniture, decorations and their room really felt like a 5 star hotel instead. Everything looked new and clean and the design was very modern and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't mind staying here again. Alot of choice of food for breakfast too for this small hotel, very good value for this price. Even reception was friendly and tried to help with luggage when seeing me with a lot of luggage.

Nothing much, for that nice and great hotel, if there was a bellboy to help me out with my multiple luggage would have been the perfect stay for me but for the price and probably low peak season, i know i shouldn't expect much but the reception girl did try to help me although my luggage was too heavy and big for her.

- I am particular about cleanliness and this hotel met my expectations - the lobby design is just fabulous. It looks like in the photos, nothing photoshoped there as it sometimes happens - spacious room, well kept - huge bathroom - located in an area with a lot of restaurants, specialty coffee place three minutes away - nice and friendly staff - if you're wondering about the view, like I did, the hotel overlooks the city. The bay is too far away to consider it a sea view, but yes, you can also have a glimpse of the sea. :) - extremely good value for money

The swimming pool is fantastic. It's Infinity pool style and with such humid hot weather we spent a long time in there. It's good that you can order drinks from the bar in the lobby and staff can bring it to you.

The only thing is that there wasn't many options for booking transport and/or tours. We did a tour with the company the hotel operates with and was fine and for transport they can offer limousine or private 4 seater but we needed a 7 seater so we had to arrange our own transport to Hanoi Airport.

Great comfort, good service, very spacious, clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. On our last day we had to order a la card, which was a bit disappointing though (not enough guests for buffet). Still: Our room was so nice and cozy, we felt great there.

As mentioned: When there are not enough guests, there is no buffet for breakfast. The a la card option is a huge downgrade. Also the hotel is under construction, which is not really negative, since you don't hear much of that. I just wished we could see the new areas earlier.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The building is beautiful and impeccably designed. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Breakfast was cooked to order and rich and tasty.

When I checked in they told me that the credit card reader wasn't working so I had to go withdraw cash to pay for the room. On the street behind the hotel there were a ton of banks and ATMs but almost all of them didn't take foreign debit cards (believe me, I tried them all). The only one that worked was the very last bank on that street, at the intersection of Ha Long and Phan Boi Chau.

The hotel is quite new; therefore, the facilities are great. The room is spacious and good value for money. The highlight of the stay is the staff. The girls at the reception Thuy, Mai and Nga gave us the absolute support and help whenever we asked for. Although the location is not nearby the beach, I would recommend this hotel as there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. Only five-minute drive/ ride to reach the tourist area, you got huge room, with good price and excellent staffs.

Only if the elevator could have gone all the way to the basement.

There’s nothing about this hotel that I complains but 5 stars. It should cost double for what it is :-) The receptionist Linh Nga is exceptionally helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful memories at her hotel. She pays attention to what I needed and follow up throughout my stay. It’s the best hotel and staffs since I visited the Northern Vietnam.

This hotel is gorgeous!! It's amazing value for money and our room was just as pictured. It was the best shower we had during our stay in Vietnam. The staff were lovely and super accommodating to all our requests. As for the location, it's central to popular cafes and restaurants, and a 15 min walk to the night markets. As many others have mentioned in other reviews, it's truly bizarre that this is only a 3 star hotel (must be due to lack of a pool or gym) as it is such a luxurious place!!

Liked everything. The process of check in was smooth. The front office staff was amazing Speciall Mr Pham Quang Huy. He was the front office manager, he was soo cooperative in understanding all our requirements being pure vegetarian and ensured all was served as discussed Another staff member Ms Linh ( i may have spelled wrong) but she was excellent with her English and making us feel soo comfortable all the while in the restaurant. The room was super luxurious, clean and well maintained. There was no room for complain. The bed was extra large double bed, easily sleeps 3 ppl. As there was less occupancy, they had no buffet served, but Ms Linh ensured our requirements were served on the table. The chef was excellent with preparing those Fried noodles and Salad bowls. Everyone went out of the way when it came to serve us. Definitely will recommend everyone to stay here. You have Tokyo life a brand showroom for amazing shopping next door. Bike rentals and tours can easily be arranged by their desk. And even the transfers they did at an excellent price.

Nothing
