We stayed here 2 times and I would go there again and again. The staff is incredible, everything you need you can ask them. They also offer tours in Vietnam if you decided to visit other cities. In the morning you can also enjoy a breakfast in the restaurant. The position is perfect, you can walk for a while and everything you need is there. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi! See you next time 100% sure

It’s a place that provides a very warm welcome to its guests. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable (I stayed in 2 room types, one to the back and one to the street with balcony on 6th floor). The breakfast is very good. In a comfortable atmosphere the staff will do anything to help you with all you’re inquiries and plannings. They go the extra mile, Long will book and consult you on your itineraries; Toan and Giang are there and even may drive to buy tickets in town while I was doing a walking tour, or even post my mail while I had to leave. I recommended this place to other travelers.

We had a great stay! The bed was huge, which was lovely. The breakfast was wonderful, a buffet in addition to choosing something from the menu. We were taken care of so well by Húng, Đat, and Toān—they got us a taxi to the airport at 4:30am, which we really appreciated and gave us some bread and bananas early in the morning for breakfast! They also gave great recommendations and helped us book a cooking class. Very kind every time we walked through the door!

The tub in the bathroom is a little old and the shower curtain should be replaced, but it was all okay and taking a shower wasn't uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, close to everything in the Old Quarter, pretty quiet after 10pm, easy to walk to all the sights in the city. Staff are so helpful and pleasant from the reception to the kitchen and cleaning staff, all friendly and approachable. The rooms are large, the bed is big and comfortable,.and the shower is hot. Rooms are serviced daily and are very clean. The breakfast selection was good, lots of fresh fruits available and drinkable coffee. We ended up staying nearly 2 weeks and we were very comfortable.

WiFi could be a bit intermittent in the rooms, was always good downstairs.

We stayed here during Independence weekend celebrations, we had booked the Deluxe Quiet Room and with how busy the streets outside were, we were so impressed with how quiet the room was! We didn't hear a thing from outside. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were so friendly. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was lovely. All cooked fresh to order with a choice of fruit and cereals alongside. Location was great we were on one of the main streets and a walking distance to almost everything.

Amazing staff- Mr Long Tran was awesome on emails before we arrived arranging airport pick ups and offering suggestions for trips. All of the staff were happy and helpful. They offered to store our bags while we went to Ha Long bay for a three day 2 night trip-much appreciated. Laundry was arranged through them and a birthday cake for our daughter’s birthday was no problem for them to source. Excellent value for money and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Be aware if you book the deluxe room with balcony you will have some noise from the street. Just due to the central location.

We loved everything about this hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with complimentary peach tea and they held our bags as our flight arrived way too early to check in. The room was spacious and really clean which was lovely. Breakfast was great with a selection of fruit, Cereal , toast as well as hot choices. The location is amazing right in the centre of the old quarter - everything is so easy to get to. What made our trip even better was the friendly and staff who looked after us. Will hopefully be back.

I’m so glad I booked this hotel…three times! It’s easy to find, walking distance to pretty much all the major touristic sites, and a stone’s throw away to the night life and all types of eating establishments. Their breakfast is also excellent (although I wished the coffee was stronger and hotter) with both cold and hot items including a pho, scrambled eggs, etc.) The Wi-Fi is excellent and had no issues connecting nor whenever I was using it. My room was clean and tidy, with an easy to program safe deposit box where my 13.5” MacBook fit just fine, and toiletries. And their hot water is hot so no problem showering (or bathing). I’d never done it myself but I’d seen guests leaving their luggage’s at the hotel after checking out. Lastly, all the staffs are friendly, especially “Mr. Long” who was my primary resource while in Hanoi. In short, I highly, highly recommend this hotel to everyone who’s thinking of sojourning in Hanoi.

Extremely minor and quite common in Southeast Asia (including a vastly more expensive hotel in Singapore): a faint smell of sewer. I fixed it by plugging both the bathroom sink and the bathtub drains and place some water for use as an air sealant, when they’re not in use, of course. I also turn off the external vent when not needed.

Everyone, including the host, front desk staff, and kitchen crews were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was right next to the night market and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and our room was quite large with a top floor view over the city. We appreciated having an elevator, as well as airport pick up. The host Xin Chao, was so very patient and helpful via WhatsApp with arranging my booking of our rooms (which involved a change that took some logistics to manage), as well as the tours we took around the city and to Halong Bay. He was excellent, and the hotel is lucky to have him! Also very helpful was front desk clerk "Long," who even arranged to have a complimentary "loofah" purchased and delivered to our room when my husband requested a wash cloth (something which isn't usually included with the towels, we're told). We felt very well cared for this Christmas weekend!

Only thing I can think of is there could have been a luggage rack or some dedicated counter on which to put our bag instead of in the armoir, which was too dark and small a space to be practical for luggage (though we did hang our clothes in it). There was a low stool next to the door that we used for our suitcase. This hotel may not be the best option for tourists looking for the standard cookie-cutter Marriott-type experience, but fit the bill nicely as a clean, quiet, centrally-located and authentic mid-range hotel that we had sought.

This hotel is an excellent value for the buck! The staffs are very friendly (especially “Mr. Long”), the elevator works, the Wi-Fi is fast, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is pretty centralized and within walking distance to pretty much all major tourist sites in Hanoi. They honor your “Do Not Disturb” sign, has available toiletries in the bathroom, free two small bottled water, and coffee/tea making facility. The AC also works just fine. Plus, they’re always willing to help you out, including booking tours which I took advantage of.
