The location was excellent and the room was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Best of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. David, was so kind, teaching us how to pronounce some Vietnamese language and answering our kids questions.

Exeptional staff, extremely helpful and nice. They helped us organize a big part of our Vietnam-Trip in just minutes and it was absolut3ly perfect!

The rooms dont have windows to the outside, but only to the stairwell. That means it can get noisy, when people arrive late and there is constantly a bit of light coming through.

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi it is perfect for walks to explore the city. We had an upgrade of our room and stayed on the upperst floor in a quite big double bed room. Cleaned every day. Good shower. Bathroom and room with windows (can be opened). Super friendly staff willing to help and support where they can. We already booked another night later. They have an elevator.

We wouldn't recommend the laundry service they are using. It is not their own, so they are not liable for but some shirts of ours now have stains... No restaurant or area to chill. Mold at the ceiling in the bathroom.

In the middle of the Old quarter, so really central. We had the family room, with three beds and a lot of space in the 1st floor (101) (in Vietnam the 2nd level). The reception team (esp. Annie and Thai) was awesome. Good english, always found solutions and helped us. Airport shuttle organized be the hotel was also clean and safe.

Due to the location it was a little bit noisy (street), but we could sleep well. Due to the building construction the air ventilation in the room is limited (windows cannot be opened and could be improved (moistures air) but no mold in the room and bathroom. In booking.com the roof top bar is mentioned but is not in this hotel but in another one close by. The team told us on arrival directly and gave us all information. But should be more precise described in booking.

I had an amazing stay at Tran Trang Boutique Hotel. Great location to all the tourist destinations. Clean comfortable room. They helped me book my halong bay and Ninh binh trips which were also amazing. Big shout out to Annie and the rest of the team. From the moment I left for Hanoi the team made sure it was my best hotel experience in Asia so far. Annie helped book me my airport pick up, provided me with great recommendations for local food and coffee shops. All staff super super polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and will return when I next go Hanoi.

It is right in the middle of old quarters, hidden beneath massage spas, souvenir shops and little restaurants. You go out the door and everything is right there. We had the king suite on floor seven (there is a lift that runs to floor 7) and our room was really spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The staff was always there and handled everything request promptly and super friendly. We will be back!

Nothing, really. As stated - if you don’t appreciate being right in the middle of everything it might be a bit hectic for you once you step outside, but that goes for the whole of old quarter.

During my recent stay at Trang Trang Boutique Hotel I had a mixed experience that was worth sharing.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were fresh.The staff was friendly and professional, Anni was always greeting with a smile. They were prompt in attending to requests, such as delivering extra towels or addressing minor issues.While there were a few areas for improvement, my stay at this hotel was largely positive. I would recommend it for its comfort, location, and friendly service, especially for short business trips or casual getaways.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were so lovely and accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. My luggage didn’t arrive in Hanoi from my flight and the staff were so helpful, they communicated with the airport to get my luggage delivered to the hotel promptly. Annie organised my hotel transfer and she was so accommodating and kind. Also Will and Dan were really helpful at the reception desk. They made sure my bags were safely stored during the day once I’d checked up and also made sure all my electronics were charged before a long flight! This was really appreciated. The room was nicely furnished, spacious and really clean. The hotel provided robes, slippers and towels which was appreciated after a long travelling day! The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the Old Quarter, and was near many lovely shops, salons, and tourist attractions. It felt like a very safe and central area. Overall I’d recommend TrangTrang to anyone visiting Hanoi, I have really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were lovely. There is a lift to higher floors. The room is beautifully decorated, very classy , glamorous but has a Paris style. The room has a desk, small wardrobe. The bathroom is cute, good shower, cute window to see through to see the bedroom (there is a blind). The location is great, it’s Hanoi, so expect hustle and bustle, but it is definitely quieter than the main streets. The hotel from the outside is not easily found. The lake is so close to the house , and you can walk everywhere you want in Hanoi from the hotel.

We had the superior queen room, it was very cramped! We have 2 small suitcases, and 2 rucksacks and we had to be inventive to keep the room tidy and out of the way. The room has a nice double bed, but it doesn’t have much space, thin path next to the bed.

All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to always tend to our needs and make sure we are taken care of. They are also very reachable on WhatsApp if you have any questions and are quick to respond. Amazing hospitality. The location is 10/10 for tourist attractions and everything is close by. Everything you need is walking distance or a short grab ride away. Room is simple but perfect for our short stay. They had all the basics available.
