Location in District 1, very close to all major objectivs in Ho Chi Minh, can be accessed on foot. Nice restaurant, acceptable breakfast. I never served lunch or dinner here, so I cannot tell more... Nice room, spacious, towels changed every day. Room cleaning every day too. Nice staff, very helpfull, they tried to help me with some reccomandations which I requested.

The restaurant is quite small, I wonder what would have happened if there had been many people staying and coming at the same time for breakfast, especially since one morning it was at maximum capacity. Breakfast could be chosen every morning from the same list that contained 6 dishes. Maybe a diversification wouldn't hurt... In general, the staff at the reception spoke English and I could get along with them, there were a few exceptions, maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a better knowledge of this language (anyway, the hotel is far above the level of English spoken in Vietnam).

the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful especially Johnny and David. they helped me order yummy Vietnamese food and gave good recommendations of what to do and where to go. the staff at the breakfast area were also so gentle and helpful and friendly. breakfast area is nice and airy and spacious. I also liked the size of the units - spacious and well appointed. great location - very near independence palace and war remnants museum and Tao Dan park

rooms were a bit dated but nothing too terrible. gets a little noisy on the weekdays because of the primary school beside it.

The room and sitting area was spacious with a work table. Storage place was also exceptional. All in all very good homely type hotel with enough space to move around. Located on a quiet road but just a turn away all the hustle bustle of District 1 can be experienced. I did not get park facing room as anticipated and this was a disappointment.

The breakfast time should be till at least 10 am from current 9.30 am. Besides, menu is too limited and mostly available on "made to order" basis rather than buffet spread aa in many other hotels.

The property was quiet at night but during the day it got a bit noisy since we were next to a primary school and you could hear all the kids. Upon check in we were upgraded. The room was very spacious. Wifi was very reliable- worked well for zoom meetings. Breakfast was included for us- a bit limited but sufficient for us. The room had a kitchenette which we didn’t use. It had a safe box but a bit complicated to set up. There also was a lift.

The water in the shower was warm, never got hot. If you like to sleep in, the noise from the school might be an issue. Sometimes the breakfast meals failed at the description- like it said sausage but no sausage on plate only veggies.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Anything we needed they were very quick to respond. The front desk team as well as the restaurant team were each wonderful - true hospitality. We loved the breakfast options, a nice variety of Vietnamese breakfast items. The shrimp noodle soup was a crowd favorite for us. We had the two bedroom suite. Very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of storage and space for suitcases etc. Housekeeping refreshes your unit daily with new linens, fridge stock and bed making. Located in District 1 - it is a fairly central and convenient location for getting around.

Overall you can tell the place is well taken care of. I think the property over time can use some future improvements and a little bit more cleaning detail. - Linens could be refreshed and updated - Couch and furniture could use an update or perhaps a shampooing to refresh it. - Plumbing in both washrooms (toilets and Shower) were unfortunately low flow and very little pressure. Takes a few minute for hot water to come out. - A little more detail in the bathroom cleanliness (shower floor tiles in the corners and the ceilings).

The recent Covid outbreak took it's toll on attendance at the hotel. This allowed us to get a free upgrade to a suite that had a couch and kitchen area (no cutlery or plates though) along with a separate queen bed. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is next to the Tao Dan Park and it's an easy walk to the Ben Thanh Market. On hot days, go early to the market as it gets very stuffy in there on hot days. Breakfast was up on the 8th floor and it had some stock items (bread, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, fruits) along with a menu from which you could order hot food from the kitchen. The menu varied day by day and had Western, European and Asian food items. The food selection was a bit more basic than some of the other places we stayed. We loved that our suite had it's own WiFi router as it provided a strong signal for our tablets and phones. Additionally, unlike some places we stayed in Vietnam, the air conditioning stayed on while we were out, so the room was always very pleasant when we returned. In the 90+ degree heat, this was a welcome retreat.

The maintenance of the hotel could be improved as the carpet in the common areas could be deep cleaned/replaced. The room could have also used some basic maintenance on the paint on the ceiling and there was a loose baseboard behind the couch. A deep cleaning of the lattice work between the bedroom and the living room would be appreciated by future guests too.

The room was spacious for the price to pay and you can easily host friends. The view is alright since it's facing a park and the road it was located was not particularly busy even on workdays. The location is very convenient if you are hanging around District 1. Also the location is so close to my favourite Bahn Mi joint in HCMC, which is Huynh Hoa Bahh Mi, one of the must try if you are in District 1. Breakfast is ok with nice selection and cook to order meals, for the price of the stay with breakfast, I thought that it was great should you decide to just stay in and have the hotel's breakfast.

Despite spaciousness of the room, the design was bit old school but nevertheless it's all good. Housekeeping could be more attentive when it comes to changing towels and napkins. Apart from that everything is good.

The property exceeded our expectations, the staff Johnny, David and Jenny took very good care of us, they were very helpful with booking cabs for us, recommending restaurants. Johnny even helped us navigate our route to do maximum sightseeing in minimum time. We were welcomed with drinks and a free room upgrade. We appreciated the early check-in. The property location is good, a walking distance from all good restaurants and sightseeing attractions. We only stayed in the city for two days and were able to cover maximum ground. They resturant is exceptional with good options for breakfast and good vibes.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and professional. A special.mention to Jenny who helped us resolve an outstanding issue with a previous hotel caused by language/translation issues and she went beyond to help us get it sorted. Johnny and Jin were also really good with helping organise tours and getting taxis and good restaurant recommendations.

It was a shame the higher floor restaurant/terrace wasn't open for meals or drinks other than breakfast. Housekeeping inconsistent with towel replenishment, but was readily resolved.

Spacious apartment layout. Modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to the market, walking distance to the famous landmarks. The breakfast was a lá cart, not too many choices

One of the staff at the front who helped us with our luggage to our apartment has a bad attitude. Showed us the facilities inside the apartment, turned on the ac for us, then stood there and wouldn’t leave until we have him tip. Not friendly at all ! But one receptionist who greeted us was nice and helpful.
