The hotel is one of the best accommodation you can have at this price. The staff was very friendly, arranged a special cake for our anniversary which was beyond our expectations, assisted in arranging a rented bike, what more you can expect! The overall experience with the room was very great as well. Room size is very very big and you can have the best time here! Loved the bath tub.

I am sorry, but the location! Yes it is around 6kms far away from the main area! Even though the roads are safe at late nights as well, its just that doesnt make the things easy after a whole day of sightseeing. Less options for food.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They understood English very well and allowed us a late check out without any additional charges. They also gave us a whole google doc with recommendations on where to go, where to eat and where is the nearest hospital/laundry place. Really nice thought. We loved how clean and large the room was and the gym had nice equipment and even a locker room which was pretty cool. The best part was the complimentary shuttle bus rides into the city to places like Takashimaya and Pearl Plaza.

Location wise it is a little out of the way, a good 15 minute walk to the nearest shopping mall and other shops however that is not too bad. Breakfast was good and included so we did not have to worry about going out to get food in the morning which was great. All in all a great place to stay and nothing much to not like about, we would definitely come back again.

The Guy named Sun at the reception was exceptional he has gone out of his way to help with anything or everything he could, These are the type of employees who are very less in the hospitality business today. Being Ex HR Director of Hilton - WOuld surely recommend him to be promoted or at least recognized in the best possible manner

Being a single father ( Wife and Mother ) passed away three years ago, Three teenage children, two girls - 19 and 16 a boy 14. It can be difficult to please everyone expecally with teenagers. We all felt very comfortable and special feeling of being so welcome and safe. That's something very special and something all the money in world can't buy. The Weather ☁️

I have stayed here a few times and overall it's a good place to stay in HCMC. The rooms are large and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

There are a few things I feel could be improved: There are only 3 clothing hangers which is not enough when you're staying there a few nights. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the water was luke-warm. Perhaps this was only an issue in the room I stayed this time because I didn't notice this problem during previous stays. When I turned on the TV there was a blank screen. I tried various buttons on the remote to no avail. I shouldn't need to contact guest services to show me how to use the TV. My expectation is when I turn the TV on it works and I can change channels or adjust the volume using the remote, the same as when I turn my TV on at home.

Breakfast was reasonable with a good choice of food. Room was fantastic and spacious with good facilities. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Restful for sleeping. Laundry service good.

The location is a residential area and therefore there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. The room service was not available despite it being advertised as so. The bar did not serve enough of a variety of alcohol. Bar staff were a bit clueless about mixed drinks.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The bonus was the free shuttle which we used whenever we went into the city center. The staff well spoke English well and have been trained well, they say they like to treat their customers like royalty.

Modern, clean and very cozy. I felt right at home here. The breakfast buffet on the top floor is just enough food variety for a satisfying meal while affording a dramatic view of the Saigon Landmark 81 skyscraper. The hotel is equipped with a decent gym for workouts.

The hotel is hidden in a quiet neighborhood which isn’t bad, but there aren’t many convenient stores or shops nearby for buying drinks or snacks. The location is also a bit northeast of District 1, but you can call a taxi easily to get there. The hotel doesn’t have a pool.

The hotel was neat and clean and the welcome drink was excellent! Encountered noise from the top floor renovation during our stay and fed back to customer service, the solution was satisfactory and upgraded our room in a timely manner! This hotel is a very good choice if you don't live in the city centre, which is about a 15-20 minute drive away.

Overall it's very good, just some edges that need to be fixed.

Breakfast was delicious and the view that came with it was also spectacular. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Ngyuyen the staff manning the main door! 24 hour gym available too! Made working out in the middle of the holiday a breeze at any time of day or night.

The photos in the booking site showed a really nice view from the room. But the room I received was on the 3rd floor. View was blocked by neighbouring buildings. Some warning ahead would have been nice. Thankfully the view from the rooftop bar made up for it!
