the concierge staff was the best!! They went above amd beyond with the hospitality.. Same goes with the dining crew.

considering it a 5 star hotel, they should: 1. be generous with towels and water bottles. 2. changed cups and glasses daily instead of wash and replace them. 3. check out process should be faster.

unfortunately when I checked in there was construction going on above me even when evening came. We resolved the issue but it baffles me that they would do that with guests staying at the hotel. I was gone during the day to tour but on my very first day I wanted to take a nap and it was pretty impossible. That was my only negative mark on an otherwise great stay there.

My recent stay at Marriott - Vinpearl Landmark 81 exceeded all expectations, thanks to its super helpful and courteous staff. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, adding an extra layer of luxury to our experience. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, and every amenity we could think of was provided. However, the real showstopper was the panoramic view from the 50th floor. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight each morning was a memorable experience in itself. The efficiency of the check-in and check-out processes further contributed to the overall positive impression. Moreover, the convenience of being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out allowed us to make the most of our last day in the city without any hassles. Marriott - Vinpearl Landmark 81 truly made our stay exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The view is justifiably great and the room really embraces the view. I felt like I don't want to go out - I just wanted to stay in the room and look at the view from the comfy chair. However the swimming pool area is a nice hangout and the restaurants are nice - they also embrace the view as you'd expect. The location is actually really good with the beautiful riverside park and everything you could need right in the area. If you're going to city center, it's only 15 minutes away by a Grab car - better than I thought.

A bit of a splurge, but the nicest hotel my wife and I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. We had a panorama room on the 58th floor, with incredible views of Saigon. The hotel bar is beautiful, the restaurant breakfast is delicious, and the staff were incredible.

We loved the hotel so much we hardly even left! Which means that the checkout tab was a little higher than expected, given that we made very good use of the spa, bar, and restaurant.

Treated like royalty at every step! view from our room was amazing, you are pretty much above the clouds. All the facilities were super clean and generally beautiful. Definitely worth paying a little extra than usual.

The location wasn’t great if you wanted to explore HCM city by foot, but taxis are available on/from arrival. Be careful when getting taxis to the hotel, however, as drivers will assume you an easy target and overcharge you (or switch a 500k note for a 20k without you realising!)

Beautiful luxury hotel, great pool and incredible views! Excellent breakfast in the main restaurant.

overall we had a wonderful stay but we found the restaurant and bars in the evening a bit sterile and they were super quiet. we ate in the main restaurant one evening and it was only us and one other table yet the service wasn’t great and my husbands main came out at least 15 minutes before mine. the staff were also loudly cleaning up around us. we felt a bit like we’d snuck into a closed restaurant. We also didn’t have a great experience in the bars with slow service and inattentive, not so friendly staff. It wasn’t terrible but considering its a luxury hotel and a luxury price point I think the restaurants and bars need to up general up their game in the standard of the food, ambience and service.

Really beautiful panoramic view of HCM. Services were good. Sauna, steam and jacuzzi facilities are free to guests. Very professional staff despite half looking like theyre in training. We enjoyed our room and our bed were very comfortable. We appreciated that they ler us check in early and also prepare a cake for my partner birthday.

The Jacuzzi had some issues. It was flooding everywhere when turned on. The coffee and tea could have been filled with more. We could only have one coffee before having to call room service. In-room dining was a bit too pricy but there are lots of dining choices around so not a big deal for us.

Beautiful property, amazing view, and quite special waking up in the clouds! Rooms are big and cleaned perfectly, bed super comfortable, and lovely big bath (which I didn't get to try but it looked relaxing!) Best part of my stay was the room service attendee who delivered my dinner (sorry I can't remember his name!). Really friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay!

I appreciate the hotel quality and the best service that I have experienced in many hotels before. They are friendly and hospitable people. During breakfast, you can change your emotions and plans for the better on the 68th floor. You can eat and travel around the city without having to go around. it's really great. I recommend you to experience it once.
