Really nice location for someone who want to stay close to Thao Dien with a good deal for your budget. Staffs are friendly (especially the lady receptionist - smiling all the time).
The bed sheet and blanket seems not perfectly clean

Good location and easy secure parking and nice staff. Cold drinks at reception. 5 mins to thao dien and 15 min to District 1 for sightseeing and museums
Need to order delivery for hot food.

Room was comfortable and clean.
Staff was very tricky and the rates were unclear. They kept trying to charge me by the hour for a vip room when i booked a standard on booking. Very unfriendly. Also tried to charge me for a bottle of water that the staff told me to take as a compliment when I checked in. Didn't appreciate that.
