Good but invoice issue ruins my experience

Everything is fine, but the issuing invoice is a terrible experience until now; On 2023/1/2 I have shown my biz card with all sufficient information for invoice and hotel sent me wrong invoice, hence I sent scanned my biz card photos within all sufficient information to hotel back and forth around 4 times. Until now on 2023/1/3 I still don’t receive any correct invoice and reply from hotel yet, terrible response regarding invoicing issue

Breakfast buffet every morning and the cocktail lounge were superb. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating with all requests and needs. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the stay and the location. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately due to Covid some of the amenities were still off limits like the sky bar. The AC controller in our room was also a little temperamental and wouldn’t listen at times. Nothing that impacted the quality of our stay though.

Even it locates at a very noisy street corner but inside the hotel and the room is very quiet. Good location Good breakfast

No shower room, just a bathtub with curtain. A small swimming pool. Furniture is old. No comfortable seating. I expected lounges in the lobby, but high tables with high chairs.

I booked a R club one bedroom suite, the room is large but the furniture is little old fashioned. The feeling of able to use the Club lounge was a great feeling. There were lots of alcoholic drinks and food to choose from. The variety of food also changed every day and always tasted good. Staff are friendly and helpful with good English. In conclusion it was a great experience but of course a bit pricey

The seemingly hidden 5% service charge....but it was not really the hotel fault. It was more of the booking.com website problem which used big bold font for the 'so-call' TOTAL price and stated including tax and all charges, but in fact, there were much small and faint prints showing the 5% service charge....

The location is central in the city and close to all amenities.

The hotel itself is quite old, needs renovation, the plug points in the rooms don't work. They are also wobbly. There is no choice of halal food in the breakfast buffet. The room had a pest issue and clogged drain, we complained to the management and they resolved it. The managers Kim and Vy assisted in making amends to the bad experiences we faced. We appreciate their assistance and encourage the team to train their other staff alongside.

Check in was quick. I didn't eat at their restaurant becoz I preferred trying local restaurants located within walking distance from the hotel. But I did try the bar at the lobby. Had two pints of beer and spring rolls. Beer was nice and cold and spring rolls were also fresh served with some lettuce and basil leaf. I notice that hotel lobby had no sofa to sit around like most hotels do. The roof top pool was on a smaller side so I didn't use it. Fitness room was ok. My room was comfy, lots of pillows. Had a desk, small sofa and table, fridge, tv. Bathroom was also nice with strong hot/cold water pressure. Will stay there again next time I visit Saigon.

Hotel lobby had no place to sit around

Great service with superb food and drinks. Beautiful scenery from the lounge. Staff kindly allowed the guests to stay in the lounge and see the new year fireworks. We watched the fireworks together and welcomed a new year. That was fantastic.

The lounge was very crowded during the cocktail hours and we could hardly find our seats. Although 2nd January was Monday, people were still during a new year holiday, so it might have been better to extend the breakfast time.

The staff was really helpful, especially for the breakfast that was great. I think this hotel might offer some of the best view in town. The staff was very reactive upon request and not forgetting what was said. I definitely would recommend this hotel for its location. I was there in the beginning of December and was surprised to see a Christmas show that was actually heartwarming.

The hotel staffs is perfect, friendly, nice and try to assist. The location is nice, nearby river as well as go to shopping places in walking distance. The room is clean and size suits well.

The sitting area at G floor is less.

The location is great since I can go to other places by walking and the staffs were very helpful during my stay.

Some design inside room were not very convenient such as: the bathtub seems stuffy with the abounding walls, if there are mirror walls where guest can laying in bathtub and watching tv, the couch with the view of river seems nice but there is not any plug to use any device like hair dryer. I wanted to lay on the couch and dry my hair and enjoy the river view and I had no way to do that.
