Fabulous hotel, well priced, great location and beautiful swimming pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were so welcoming, breakfast was amazing with a fabulous variety of food to choose from. And to top it all off, we got a room upgrade :)

I had a foot massage in the chair setting at their spa and enjoyed it, however, I did notice that the couple along me finished before me and their masseuses just rolled up the towels they used on their feet to reuse for the next person. This is not at all the hygienic practice you would expect at this level hotel. I did mention it and my masseuse quickly replaced the towels. This definitely needs to be addressed.

My stay at Almanity was nothing short of remarkable! From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s pristine beauty and cleanliness left a lasting impression. The impeccable service truly set it apart – the staff’s attentiveness and eagerness to cater to our needs made us feel like valued guests. To our delight, we were upgraded to a more luxurious room, and the opportunity to extend our stay by an additional two nights in the same room was a wonderful gesture that we greatly appreciated. The rooms themselves were a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. One of the true highlights was the outstanding breakfast selection. With a delightful array of both international and Vietnamese dishes, every morning felt like a culinary adventure. The inviting atmosphere of the spa, combined with the expertly executed treatments, provided a serene escape from the bustle of daily life. While the spa’s massage offerings were somewhat limited, the quality of the massages they did offer was exceptional, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

In the midst of this fantastic experience, there were a couple of minor inconveniences that stood out. The Wi-Fi connectivity wasn’t as consistent as we would have liked. Additionally, the in-room hairdryer was quite cumbersome to use. Holding down a button for the entire duration of drying proved to be uncomfortable and left our hands fatigued. Notably, the hotel’s age was evident, and ongoing maintenance work was noticeable throughout our stay. Despite these minor setbacks, they were overshadowed by the overall positive atmosphere and experiences we encountered.

Also thank you to Ngoc and all the other kind staff members that we are not specifically mentioning here. We had a pleasurable 1 week stay at Almanity Hotel. It was the best hotel during our stay in Vietnam and the one coming the closest to a (European) 5 star hotel. Fantastic breakfast, great pool area, good gym and kind, English-speaking staff.

The beach facilities do not match the hotel vibe; the shower in the room looks old; the bicycles are quite outdated; during the last days of our stay we found the amount of photos being taken by other guests in/ around the swimming pool quite disturbing.

This place is beautiful & we absolutely loved our stay. Minh went above & beyond to help make our stay more comfortable & all of his recommendations were amazing - must try Madame Bahn Mi & Morning Glory. The resort is the perfect walking distance to Old Town. The only down part was the pool was freezing but it was January and the weather wasn’t very warm. My husband also wasn’t a fan of the loft style rooms so if you’re someone who doesn’t want to walk up/down stairs to go from your bed to bathroom, I would suggest getting one of the other rooms. Our kids on the other hand loved the loft. The breakfast was delicious & offered a huge variety of cuisines. We would definitely visit again and loved everything the resort had to offer. Loved everything. The staff, service and food was exceptional. Beautiful resort, highly recommend. They held a Gala Dinner for New Years and it was the best new years I have ever been to (without any extra charge on us too), kept us suprised with every act, incredible all you can eat food, magician, kareoke, fashion show and DJ (and more). We appreciated the effort and it really made our time in Hoi An. I think this event demonstrated how much care Almanity has for their customers. The venue itself is gorgeous and we loved the Koi fish garden out front. Would absolutely recommend this resort and we are very thankful for the resort for our time and NYE event. The staff, their service and their absolute care for us was the best part of the whole experience, this would make us come back more than anything else!

Everything. Check-in - Excellent. Inviting and efficient. Room - Excellent. Super comfortable, spacious, smelt wonderful. We also were given a free room upgrade. Loved our room. Housekeeping service the room every day and come back in the late afternoon to refill your water bottles, refresh your towels if needed, turn down the bed and close the curtains. Super comfortable beds. Facilities - beautiful surroundings that encourage a sense of relaxation. I especially enjoy the pool area and spa. There is also a gym with everything you need for a workout. Staff - 10/10. The staff are conscientious, friendly, helpful. They actually go out of their way to ensure your stay is what you want to make it. We extended our stay from 3 to 8 nights. Highly recommend choosing the Almanity. It is also a 5-10 minute walk into the old quarter. Close to amazing "Phi Banh Mi" and Vegetarian restaurant "Minh Kien". Literally a walk across the road and down a bustling back street 😀

Excellent location approx. 15mins from Hoi An Old Quarter. Hotel has many amenities and rooms are immaculate. The pool and spa facilities are a must do during your stay. The staff also went above and beyond for us, which we will never forget. Huge thank you to staff Lien, who not only checked us in significantly earlier after we arrived quite a few hours before our check in time, but also upgraded out room at no additional cost! Another huge thank you to Dinh Tan Binh, who extended our check out so that we could continue to enjoy the room. Lastly, thank you to Diep for all your recommendations for things we could do whilst it rained heavily on our last full day. Would absolutely return here again!

Our stay at Almainty was the highlight of our 3 week trip in Vietnam. The staff and service would definitely be the highlight here. Diep was lovely, with impeccable conversational English, she was great to ask for questions and recommendations for hoi an. The staff also surprised our friend on her birthday at breakfast. It was a great memorable moment. Our room was great and very spacious. Breakfast buffet was very high tier with quality selections in whichever breakfast style/category you choose.

We visited in mid January and it is worthwhile to note the milder weather. The pool does not appear to have any extra heating so may not suit your needs if you or your children are planning to swim a lot. We are planning to return in a warmer month for next time. 😊

We have really enjoyed our stay at Almanity. We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival, and the check in was smooth and very informative. The hotel staff recommended some restaurants and a tailor, all of which were excellent choices. There is on-site play room for children, the location s very good (walking distance from the city), and a number of on-site activities which we didn't have time to use (we hope to come back again!). The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam! We also got a great takeaway breakfast on our departure day at 4:30 am.

Nothing major to complain about. I would appreciate sauna and steam room being complimentary for hotel guests (there is a small charge). Longer opening hours for the SPA and gym would also help. Finally, water in the swimming pool could be a bit warmer in the winter months.

The staff were amazing, very nice and always happy to help. Everyone working at Almanity were 10/10 always smiling and friendly. The hotel was very clean, we had house keeping come in multiple times a day to make sure everything was still clean and the facilities were clean. I cannot fault the staff and we would 100% stay again if we came in the hotter months so we could use the pool.

The pool was too cold to swim in which was a shame, it would be good if it was a little heated, we had the Jacuzzi on our balcony room which was an outdoor bath with jets - took 45 minutes to fill and obviously doesn't hold the heat being a bath so it was a bit of an effort to use. The indoor pool in spa area was not for use.
