location was fabulous and staff friendly. loved that the room had heaps of hanging space and a great balcony for the afternoon breeze. 5mins to the Old Town, lots of local restaurants and a mini mart opposite. Very socially street. 5*spa Cam SA SPA 100m away, Lantern making class opposite. Bamboo restaurantwas great,. bikes available to ride around. $3 Grab to An Bang Beach. We even walked to An Bang and Grabbed it back. Hoi An is hectic through the day so we headed to the beach and then enjoyed the Old Town once the crowds left.

the fridge could not be adjusted so drinks were not cold even though it was left on all day, but there was a mini mart opposite and Snoo? was super friendly and his fridge was super cold. He even gave me a lime and Ice from his home fridge so that we could enjoy a drink on our balcony.

Every member of the staff were friendly and welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The spa and masseurs were amazing, the food was delicious.

The water leak on the walls - once we reported to the manager and he immediately moved us to another room while they investigated the problem.

I never really write reviews but felt I needed to for this hotel to praise the staff and make sure they get the credit they deserve. They went above and beyond every day to ensure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. They organised a taxi for us from the airport via WhatsApp (which was cheaper than Grab), greeted us with refreshments at check in, and then shared a few activities ideas and tips for enjoying our stay in Hoi An. The staff remembered our names every time we went out and were just the friendliest and most welcoming hosts. We rented bikes, did laundry, used their tailor recommendations and all were excellent experiences. I wish we had booked a tour with them if we’d had more time. The room was spacious and clean and the pool was a nice treat after a warm day, although not very big for lounging around if that’s what you’re after.

It’s about a 15 minute walk from the river which was fine for us but may be an issue for some.

I would stay here again if returning to Hoi An. The room matches the picture and the hotel feels very luxurious . It is close to Major attractions. The hotel also has a tour guide service which guests can utilize which offer cheap prices. I would highly recommend booking the market tour, cooking class and coconut boat ride. It was one of the highlights of my trip. The local family who runs the cooking class deserve 10/10 it was a superb experience. The room has beautiful natural light and is spacious. It is very clean. The AC is strong and the room also has a ceiling fan for extra strength. Felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. Utilize the lovely pool between 6pm and 9pm! The location is perfect! Convenience store across the road and multiple spas, coffee shops and restaurants.

I used their laundry services before I left, only to find that the color had run on some of my white items. So I would caution against using the laundry service. I was able to rewash at home with bleach and whitening agents and thankfully the items aren't ruined.

The staff was very nice and arranged several trips for us, the room was spacious and pretty. We were there when it was very hot, so having an open indoor pool was a lifesaver during midday heat. We made use of the laundry service and the massages and can recommend both. We even extended for another night!

There was a bit of an awkward situation during our trip to My Son where we assumed the entrance fee to the park was included with what we payed at the hotel, as it does not make any sense to go on this trip without paying the entrance fee and others in our group had booked the trip with the entrance fee included. So then our guide thought we were lying about having paid the fee - which could have been avoided had we been informed by the hotel that we would have to pay the entrance fee during the trip. It is generally very quiet, unless you have a guest next door who decides to have very loud phone calls in the middle of the night, which of course is not the hotel's fault.

Great location, walking distance to the city centre Great value There was loud karaoke on our first two nights nearby - we asked if they could change the location of my sister's room (to face the back of the property rather than the front) which they were happy to oblige Cool undercover pool was wonderful to refresh in - but be aware that the sun loungers only just fit on the back, and that there is not space to walk around them. Towels provided by the pool Both AC and a fan in the rooms - not a proper ceiling fan, can be quite loud but that didn't bother us as it drowned out the karaoke! The AMAN Boutique Hotel is operated by wonderful, professional and very kind staff members. Location perfect, just a short easy walk to the old city. Staying there is like 'being a vusiting family 'member'. Special mention must go to Vietnam, the beautiful Front Office Manager, who looks after ALL guests with the utmost courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. Thank you, Viet! Equally, the Manager of the hotel is a 'top-of-pop' individual who I talked to very often. My 6-days stay there was superb, and I have decided returning for between 20-30 days in a couple of weeks!

Well, without trying to be picky, the toilet paper holder is unfortunately in the wrong place. I spoke with the Manager and suggested a much easier and much better way to overcome the awkward current situation. Easy to fix and very cost-effective if my suggestion could be followed. Otherwise, no issue whatsoever!!!

The location was fantastic, just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the old town which is a 10 min walk away. Across the road from the hotel is small shop ran by a lovely local man who sells snacks, water, beers etc and everything is clearly priced. The street also has some delicious restaurants and massage salons. The hotel pick up was on time and super-efficient. The breakfast is ala carte, and you pick one meal item and one drink, don't miss out on the mango lassi!!!!! The rooms are large, great aircon and fans, and great balconies and the shower is huge with great water pressure. Last but not least, the staff are amazing. They are so helpful and kind and go out of their way to welcome you to their hotel and country. A special mention to Queyn who worked at reception/check in. She was so kind and thoughtful and has a very special soul. Thank you Queyn and the team.

We loved our stay at Aman. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, they were so helpful and friendly. The room was modern, clean and spacious and had a nice balcony. The WiFi worked well and the location was walking distance to the main town (10 minutes). They let us check in early which was really kind.

Only reason we gave this a 9 and not a 10 was two minor things. Firstly the bed was a little hard for our preference (we sleep on our side so it could be uncomfy at times). And the aircon could be noisy so we needed ear plugs. Other than these small fixes the hotel exceeds expectation given the price and we would really recommend.

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the old town which was really convenient. The staff were really nice and always smiling, and the guys on the door carried our bags for us, I know it’s their job but they made extra effort to make sure we didn’t carry them up or down :) We arranged a ba na hills tour through the hotel

Bed was a bit hard so not the comfiest and would’ve liked a 2nd pillow. However we didn’t ask for extra pillows so this could have been possible. Hard to be helped in such a hot climate but there are mosquitos in the hallway which came into our room every time we opened the door
