Very close to everything we are interested in at Hoi An. Staff is excellent and friendly. Breakfast is good and lunch is good also. The spring rolls was exceptional. The spa was great. Car service from/to airport is good value.

Only one key card per room. It was so hot outside. If you have to go out, you have to take key which turns off the A/C. When you go back to your room, its hot. It takes awhile for the room to cool. The window in our room is like a heater when the sun is up. Needs a better curtain. The TV is not user friendly, you have to figure out how to turn it on. The refrigerator in the room does not cool enough.

Staff was very nice and friendly and can speak good english! They will recommend you the best places to go in Hoi An. The hotel has a restaurant that serves great vietnamese food, and you can also exchange money at the hotel. They also have spa and massage services, the rooms were very clean and breakfast was good too, lots of vietnamese food options. They can also arrange tours and transportation for you! Please ask them nicely :) Hoi An has a lot of foreign tourists and we've seen too many of them be rude and entitled, please be nicer to the staff.

Not the hotel's fault, but across the hotel there's a plaza where the locals hold their events! It can be quite noisy, during our stay there was a school event for the local and it woke us up at 6 am. But it ended early and was not that much of a big deal :) I think this rarely occurs though, just something to keep in mind!

The hotel location is great. A two min walk to old town. The rooms are large and the balcony was great. Ask for room 201. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast that is included was great with lots of options. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and always smiling. Every time you return to the hotel they give you a juice. On check out they gave us all little gifts of thanks and walk with you to your car to wave goodbye. Sweetest folks. Would stay there again.

A huge assortment of breakfast available here, and a new option or two every day if you stay a number of nights. Amazing service from Linh in particular who was patient and knowledgeable about all things hoi an and travel through to other regions. The owner and staff invited all guests to a free new years dinner as well where we met a number of other travellers. Friendly and professional.

A little noisy from its location close to the corner of a busy street, but it's a small price to pay for the location.

I can not emphasise how lovely and genuine the staff were at this hotel. It's definitely the most accommodating stay we have had in Vietnam so far. After a 14-hour bus journey, we arrived too early for check-in, but once we arrived, we were greeted with ice cold lemon water and a coconut bun, which was needed after such a long overnight journey. This was only a small display of how great the staff were at this hotel. We booked our tours and most of our transport through the hotel as it was so easy to book through the front desk and the prices were definitely competitive compared to other companies. The room was massive with really good A/C and balcony, and the bed was unbelievably comfy. We could have spent our whole time in the bed. Also, it's a great location! Very close to Old Town, only a short walk to get to the bustle. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hoi An - we also got a small departing gift, which sums up how good this hotel is.

Absolutely nothing!

Best location in Hoi An - 5 minute walk from the market & next to a beautiful Confucian temple. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel decor was colorful & fun. Had a smooth, no fuss stay.

There were a few cleanliness issues with the room - few ants lining up here & there. The bedsheets smelled/felt clean but looked like there were some small older stains still left. The room telephone wasn't connected to anything. However, being a budget hotel, these weren't a major issue for the rates we paid.

Everything the location is really nice because you are just 5-10 min walk from the old town and the staff is fantastic! They gave us wonderful recommendations and their service, friendliness and professionalism is top tier. They speak really good English and they really want you to feel like you’re at home. I can’t throw them enough flowers, they are amazing people and I would recommend to stay there to everyone!

The warmest hospitality we've received in three and a half months in SE Asia! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. They immediately learnt and used both our names, greeted us with fresh fruit juice every time we returned to the hotel after a day sightseeing and made conversation throughout our stay. They made it a joy to stay there. On top of that, the location is very convenient for the old town, the hotel has a charming little pool and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Love the complimentary silk robes! Such good value for money.

The only downside is that the room's sliding glass door (the only 'window') and balcony face the internal staircase, so privacy can be a challenge unless you keep the curtains closed - also means that you get some noise from the staircase and corridoors.

The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was really nice and they even prepared a takeaway option when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport. They also offered taxi to the airport at a really good rate compared to Grab.

Room was a bit small.

The staff was amazing, kind and caring, assistance with any question, we received a cake and a gift when we left the hotel, we booked one night and stayed 7 nights, the breakfast is excellent and meets all expectations. The location is excellent close to the old city
