The staff were stupendous. Warm, friendly and professional. What a great relaxing atmosphere in the village. I was tempted to just stay at the silk village as the restaurants, spa, pool and staff were such consummate joy.

Great place. A lot of space. 2 pools. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of optioneel for europeans. And we got a free upgraden when we arrived.

It's a 15/20 minutes walk to the centre. But there is a free shuttle from the hotel that goes 3 a 4 times a day.

Very well maintained resort with helpful staff. The rooms in the Villa part are big and very comfortable, especially those on eth first floor, where we stayed. There are two pools and both are great place to relax after your day trips or instead of a day trip. Our friends spent some time on the beach area that is managed by the hotel and were pleased with everything there. The hotel provides free bikes.

Breakfast is not varied and of average quality. The resort needs to make and effort to bring it to the rest of the experience. I knew that the resort is not close to the center but it turned to be much further than I imagined because it is impossible to get in a straight line to the old town due to the way Vietnamese cities are planned, or rather never planned at all.

A little oasis in the city of Hoi An. Pleasant surroundings and clean, spacious rooms. An excellent breakfast is included and a couple lovely pools. The resort is a little out from the main centre of action but there is a helpful free shuttle bus service the travels several times a day to both the old town and the great beach. Grab into town costs less than $2. Staff are friendly and attentive. Special mention to receptionist Huy who not only gave warm welcome but made effort to make conversation each morning.

Everything was just great. We booked last minute and came much earlier than check-in. We were received so well and they did Their best to get us the room even much earlier, because we came with a baby. They were helpfull with everything and always greeting you with “how are you”, “how’s the baby” “have a good day” etc etc. At one point we needed to see a doctor, and in less than 1 min. They’ve called a doctor who came to see us. Then when we didn’t have enlige cash on us to pay the doctor, they - Without hesitating - just borrowed us the money so we didn’t have to go out and find an atm. What i’m trying to say; extremely helpful and kind! Food was good and the Ground was beautiful. Free shuttle to the Old town (5 min drive)plus the beach was great! Their spa was worth the money as Well!

Nothing to complain about.

We loved the pool, and the grounds of the resort were beautiful kept. It never felt over-crowded, and we liked that thre resort was tucked away. We stayed in the villa with attached rooms, which was perfect for our family of five. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and they began serving at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for our family of early-risers. The silk village that is a part of the resort was an added bonus. It included a nice cafe and even a tailor where you could get custom-clothes made! Ancient Town and a beautiful beach were a short 10-15 minute taxi-ride away.

The advertised baby pool wasn't very appealing, but that didn't matter because the larger pools had a very shallow end, which was perfect for my toddler.

Their policy. we booked a room and it was non refundable. we realised at Hanoi that central vietnam has been hit by one of the worse floods. we contacted the hotel and they said that the room is non refundable and they can't cancel. They said it's all good and we should just come. we took our flight from Hanoi to da nang and it was completely flooded. after our flight to da nang the rest of the flights got cancelled. the resort itself was in knee deep water. we could only rely on the hotel for lunch and dinner. with unpredictable weather conditions in south east Asia (and everywhere tbh!) it's best to book a refundable hotel. especially this one!

Very large property, beautifully designed, lush foliage, quiet & peaceful setting, beautiful large pools, great restaurant with huge selection for free breakfast. Ideal for small children, with a great play room, kids pool, plenty of space to safely run around and explore. Large, tastefully appointed rooms with all the necessities, comfortable beds, luxurious soaker bathtubs, plenty of english language movie and news tv channels including HBO. Great, friendly and highly attentive staff eager to please guests with any special requests. Free shuttles to old town or beach areas, as well as free bike rentals including child seats on request.

No freezer in room fridge, nor temperature control for fridge…so only cool but not cold. Should be upgraded, but in the meantime staff are very accommodating to provide ice along with storage in restaurant fridge as needed.

The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. We had an interconnecting room that was complete luxury and huge. The room was massive and so well laid out with a giant bathroom that included a huge light filled shower space. Our bed was huge and our kids each had doubles also. So very comfy and quiet. The grounds are lovely and such a peaceful well maintained resort. Happy hour was great and the restaurant food lovely for well priced for dinner. Breakfast was good also and even had made to order waffles. The best surprise was the included free tour to the silk village within the resort. This was so interesting and memorable for our whole family. I highly recommend. We also received 300,000vnd discounts vouchers per oweson to the day spa. We all enjoyed our treatments. Special thanks to Hien at Reception who was absolutely wonderful in welcoming us and sharing her knowledge. She is an asset to your team.

The only thing we didn't like was that the 2 pools were so hot. Yes, it's vietnam and no, you can't control the weather. These pools were not refreshing at all, and the dark tiles add to sun/heat effects. It's cooler to get in and get out to try cool down. It's disappointing, but I understand it's not a quick fix. Having said they the good is better than this small issue, and we will definitely be back. A small downside is it is further from the old town than we liked. They offer many free shuttle services to the beach and old town, but for us, we just like to be a little closer. Some travellers may be just as happy to be in a quieter area.

Nancy and the staff were really helpful and provided an excellent service since the beginning. She saw I was with a baby and proposed Abinger room cause mine was a duplex. The tram of the hotel is so amazing, so helpful... they ate always trying to see if we need something . I give more than 10 to them! The hotel is also well keeped, the rooms are confortable and spacious. I really enjoyed the 4 days she stayed there, specially because Nancy and the team were amazingly kind with us! If we come back to Hoi An we will stay here for sure
