The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s got a spacious garden, pool area is lovely and clean, the lanterns look so cosy especially at night. Our room was stunning too. Lots of character, really big and loved having a balcony too. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too. We rented the free bikes once, this is really good they offer this as it’s definitely needed in Hoi An.

For us the location isn’t that good. It’s outside the old town which we thought would be better but the walk in was pretty rough. 30+ minutes, no pavements, a few aggressive dogs en route. This shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you want to use the bikes. But for people who generally don’t mind walking, this location really isn’t the best. Other thing to note is that next door to the hotel there are two dogs who are really loud all day and night. Barking non-stop. It spoils the chance to relax by the pool to be honest. Not really the hotel at fault here of course but it does need to be mentioned as it was a problem for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blooms Boutique! Our favourite part was the staff, they were all so lovely and accommodating. The pool was so nice to be able to lounge around at throughout the day and being able to use the bikes into town was great

The bathroom felt very run down and dirty. There was slimy mould in the shower and on the taps.

Beautiful spacious room for the stay. A calm neighbourhood.

The breakfast wasn’t buffet, however the issue was the missing items from the platter that we pre-ordered.

Quite possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed at during our time away in SE Asia! Excellent value for a lovely spacious room, gorgeous bathroom with huge bathtub and a nice balcony which you can watch sunrise from. The pool is such a nice touch, and you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of Hoi An as it’s so peaceful. Blooms has a generous check out time of midday compared to other accommodation we’ve stayed at, and we had to wait until 4.30pm to catch an overnight bus to Da Lat so the staff kindly let us chill by the pool until then! Couldn’t recommend enough - we just wish we discovered it sooner so we could stay longer than one night! Lovely staff & lovely hotel. Slightly out of the goings on in town, but a grab was less than £1 so we’d rather this than the horns & car noise of the centre!

The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly. Everything was easy and smooth. The bath is massive and the shower is pretty strong. The room is a very large size too. You do need to get a grab/bike to go to the main town area but it is only a 5-7 minute journey, so it was very easy. I felt safe and really looked after. Definitely recommend.

There was a very loud dog barking sometimes at 3am - 5am at night - it was a neighbour’s dog, so not the hotel’s fault. They did kindly offer to change my room but i stayed in my room in the end because it wasn’t too bad.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and kind. We booked a brilliant boat tour and cooking class through them, we booked a transfer to and from the airport with them and they recommend a tailor and we got 10% off because we stayed at the hotel! The pool was gorgeous and lovely to relax beside on the hot days.

Our room was beside the road so the traffic was quite loud and unfortunately two dogs near the hotel kept us awake each night barking in the middle of the night. The lunch menu was just pizza and it was delicious but they could add a bit more to it for some diversity. Could also do with a few more sun beds around the pool! Not complaining as we had a great time just some feedback/suggestions!

We had a big comfortable bed, the room had a tv, mini fridge, safe, balcony. The bathroom had both a bath and shower. The swimming pool was lovely. The staff were all helpful and happy. They were amazing and sorted all of our excursions such as snorkelling, marble mountains, coconut boat, and all for a reasonable price. The location is pretty good being halfway between a bang beach and the old town. Free bicycles were available to use whenever.

If we’re being very picky, the breakfast was mediocre, the chicken in the noodles was quite cheap. Definitely not enough to put me off coming back to stay with them again.

Originally, we booked for just two nights, but we were so impressed with the service and overall experience that we extended our stay for an additional week. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Hoi An, and we loved the serene atmosphere. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay, and we will definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was absolutely stunning with a mix of traditional and contemporary styles. The bathtub was very spacious. The room was very well ventilated and had plenty of windows for fresh air. The pool was a delight to lounge at and their bikes came in handy for most of my stay. The staff were by far the only reason I would come back. They were accomodating from the first night I had arrived and even offered to bring me my delivered food as I was not feeling well. They provided me with their contact number for any enquiries. Everyone including the maintenance staff were so friendly and I felt very welcomed.

The bathroom tiles were slightly slippery so I would recommend wearing slippers in there.

We had such a great time here, absolutely nothing negative at all. Gorgeous building, so peaceful and quiet, so well built. The rooms were huge with gorgeous bathrooms. The bed was big and comfy with great quality sheets. The robes and flip flops in the room were a nice touch too. The pool was so lovely and again, never busy so it felt very private. The breakfast was lovely and lots of options, great value for 90K. The hotel staff were amazingly attentive (shout out to jimmy!!!) and they even pointed us to a tailor where we went and had loads of clothes made. The hotel itself was in a great location, out of the super touristy bit but still a 4 min grab drive into town or an 8 min grab drive to an bang beach. So pleased and we’ll definitely be back.
